A/N: Hi guys, this is based off a small prompt I saw and thought was super adorable, hope you enjoy<3

Nico's POV:
"Nico come on get up, I have to get to my class and I don't want you sleeping all day," said his half sister Hazel gently while turing on the lights of the dark room.

"Ughh, I need coffee" he groaned out, not even opening his eyes.

Hazel smiled at him sympathetically, "sorry our coffee machine broke last month, and we haven't gotten a new one yet."

Nico cracked open an eye at this and gave his deadpan stare. He groaned once more before climbing out of the bed in Frank and Hazel's spare room, one that he used several times in the past two years when visiting from Italy, where he was studying. He was now back in the states to finish his undergrad, and he needed to find somewhere to live, not that Hazel would have minded. Nico knew she would let him stay for as long as he wanted, but he didn't want to get in the way, and he wanted to get out on his own, because as much as he loved his sister, it was weird living with them and their gross coupley things.

Hazel left the room after throwing him a quick smile and a goodbye. The front door of the small two bedroom apartment closed shortly after. Nico walked to his suitcases which he still hasn't unpacked from after his flight home yesterday afternoon. He pulled out a black shirt and black jeans as per usual and changed from the sweatshirt and and pants he wore to bed. He then put on his black combat boots and aviator jacket. Black had always been his favorite colour, he wasn't sure why.

He left the apartment and began walking the three blocks to his favorite little coffee shop from before he moved to Italy, he never shared this particular favorite spot of his with anyone before, he used to love going there and getting his regular black coffee and a banana hazel nut muffin (and staring at the gorgeous blonde who was always behind the counter and put fun names on the cup, because Nico would never tell the cute stranger his name). He wondered what happened to the blonde, Nico called him Sunny because like Nico, he would never reveal his own name and Sunny suited him since he would always wear bright yellow T-shirt and had a bright personality.

He turned the final corner as his favorite place came into view. The street, the shop, the sounds, the people the calm, the familiarity, no matter what happened coming here felt like coming to his own personal safe haven. Smiling he walked to the small corner coffee shop and opened the door. The smells enveloped around him, he breathed in the scent, he loved it here.

Nico began looking around the place as he walked up to the empty counter, there were many subtle differences, but in all the place was still the same.
"Oh I'll be right there," he heard someone call from the back. Nico didn't see who as he was distracted by the amazing smell of his precious muffins.

The worker came out from the back quickly, and with out so much as glancing at Nico he took his place at the registrar, "what will it be?"

Nico looked employee, "I'll have-" the sentence died on his tounge. Sunny. Nico forgot what he was saying. He was caught so off guard he wasn't expecting to ever see the blond again.

"I'm sorry sir what was- oh," Sunny said. He then grinned, "one straight my ass black coffee and a banana hazelnut muffin coming right up for death boy."

Nico was shell shocked, "I wha- you- how- " he paused and Sunny just grinned some more, "death boy seriously, two years and the best you could come up with was death boy, I mean really sunshine, that is kinda sad." Nico glanced at the blonde and after a split second the two boys began laughung just like old times. He had missed this.

"Well what can I tell ya?" Sunny asked with a shrug and a smile.

"How about your name," Nico quipped, just as he used to do. Of course he knew the other boy would never cave.

Sunny chuckled, "yeah I suppose that's long overdue," he held out his hand, "My name is Will Solace." Nico was shocked for the second time today.

"Oh um yeah I'm uh Nico, Nico Di Angelo" he said shaking Will's hand.

"Nice to meet ya Neeks, I mean officially." Nico rolled his eyes, how typical of Will to give him a nickname 10 seconds after finding out his real one.

Will smiled at him, "one sec," he said, Turing around to being pouring a coffee and grabbing a muffin, which was presumably for Nico. He turned hi attention back to the Italian. "Your order."

Nico was wide eyed, 'how did he remember that' Nico thought curiously. " How on earth do you still remember my regular order?" He voiced his question.

"Please I could never ever forget death boy." Again Nico rolled his eyes.

"Ahem" A person coughed from behind Nico, a customer that neither boy had noticed.

"Oh I am so sorry ma'am, I'll be right with you!" Will turned to Nico, "Will that be all sir," he asked taking on a professional attitude once more. Nico smiled and nodded his head. Will rung up his order and then grapped a sharpie, and began scribbling on Nico's cup. "Here you go"

"Thanks" Nico smiled once more and took his coffee and his muffin outside, as he looked down at the cup he saw on the side. To Death boy: CALL ME xxx-xxx-xxx.  Nico smiled again, he was really glad his adorable blonde sunshine wasn't gone after two years, he was right there, waiting for Nico to come home.
