And all together they formed Coelum Kingdom wherein the capital is Luxomos City where the Majica Council & V.E.B.A was found.

Majica Council mga Taong naglilitis sa mga taong may kasalanan. Sila ang tagagawa ng mga batas na siyang nakakabuti sa Coelum Kingdom. Sila rin ang namumuno sa V.E.B.A kung saan sila ang mga founding fathers nito para palakasin at paggalingin ang mga aspiring magical users.
