The sky lays heavy,
Threatening,
Insolent,
Belligerent,
Full of hate.
The reaper
Follows
Close behind,
Stalking,
Walking silently.
Hoping to find
The weak,
The purposeless,
Those
It may consume.
As the sky falls,
Stand straight
And tall,
Call out loud
I need no shroud!!
Look to the light,
Deny the night,
Let love prevail
And never fail,
To hold the falling sky.
