"What are you talking about?"

"Don't start with me! You need to talk to Lottie. She's a mess." Remus said with a sigh, he had heard James talking to Charlotte so he had told James that he would talk to Sirius.

"I don't want to talk to her."

"That's not true and you know it. You're a mess as well. You two can't continue like this. Just talk to her before it's to late." Sirius froze when he heard this, he didn't know that Remus knew the truth too. So after a moment he decided that he was just talking about her leaving soon.

"I'll think about it." Remus nodded at the answer and knew that it was the best thing he would get. Sirius was suborn and didn't like to listen to anyone but himself if he didn't have to, so this was a big win for Remus. Now they just needed them to talk to each other.

Sirius couldn't stop thinking about what Remus said during the whole day. He had seen Charlotte in the corridor and she really did look like a mess. When he saw her he couldn't help but to have a feeling of guilt spread inside him. She was looking like that because of him.

So that night he waited in the common room for Charlotte to walk in so he could talk to her. He didn't know where she was, and it wasn't until late she walked in. It was so late that they were the only one left awake in the common room, which made everything much easier.

"Hi." Charlotte jumped when she heard Sirius' voice. She hadn't seen him sitting next to the fire.

"H-h-hi." Charlotte whispered back, she didn't know what to say. He had been ignoring her and now he was starting to talk her again. Sirius saw the insecure look on her face and now he saw how much this whole thing had affected her.

"We need to talk." Sirius said and cleared his throat not wanting to look Charlotte in the eyes. He knew if he did he would break down and he couldn't do that now, he needed to talk to her.

"Okay." Charlotte kept her eyes on her hands when she walked over and when she sat down facing Sirius. She could feel the heat from the fire when she sat down on the couch, and see the light from the fire dancing on the wall.

"I'm sorry." Sirius whispered after they had been sitting next to the fire for almost five minutes.

"You have nothing to be sorry for." Charlotte said, he really didn't. This was all her fault.

"That's not true, I'm sorry for ignoring you."

"I understand why you did it. It was a lot to take in and I understand that you needed a few days to process everything. This isn't something you hear everyday." Charlotte said and let out a humorless chuckle. She understood why he had ignored her, but it still hurt that he did.

"It's not true. I should have talked to you and not leave you there." Sirius could see Charlotte fiddling with her fingers, still not looking at him. His heart broke when he saw how much this had affected her, how bad she had been feeling, it was all on him.

"Okay. I'm tired, so I'm gonna go to bed." Charlotte said and gave Sirius a small smile before standing preparing for leaving. Charlotte had just stood up when Sirius grabbed her hand.

"Please don't leave." Sirius voice broke when he said the last word. It had a double meaning to it, Charlotte could tell. He didn't want her to leave him now, but he also didn't want her to leave him in two months.

"I wont." Charlotte said and sat down next to Sirius and this is when they both broke down. They stayed there for the whole night, crying in each others arm and eventually falling asleep together.

James couldn't keep his smile back when he walked down to the common room that morning. He didn't know what to think when he saw that Sirius bed was empty, but he got his answer when he saw Charlotte and Sirius asleep in each others arm on one of the couches. If he only had a camera this moment would have been perfect.

"James, have you seen Sirius? He isn't in his bed?" Remus said walking down the stairs. James shushed him and pointed over to the two people sleeping on the couch. He couldn't help but to chuckle when he saw them sleeping together.

"So I guess they sorted things out." Remus whispered and walked over to stand next to James.

"I guess so." James whispered out. They looked so comfortable sleeping and they had both had sleeping problems for the last couple of days, so James didn't want to wake them up. They both needed their sleep.

"James, have you seen Lottie? She didn't sleep in her bed last night." This time James shushed Lily and pointed once again to the couch. Lily smiled when she saw her friends sleeping on the couch, she was so happy that they finally had solved things. Everyone had noticed that something had happened between them, but only James and Remus knew the truth.

"Oh, they are so cute." Lily whispered out and smiled so big that her cheeks were starting to hurt. She was happy that her friend was finally together, or on the way there. She had seen how much this had affected both of them, so maybe everything would be better now.

"We should let them sleep. They haven't been sleeping well." James whispered and just after he said that a few people walked down the stairs. James didn't have time to get them all keep quiet before Sirius started to move. He still hadn't woken up so Lily was fast and casted a spell to keep them in a bubble, keeping all the sounds out.

"Now we let them sleep." Lily said and looked over at James with a smirk. James couldn't help but to laugh at his girlfriend. He was happy that she was smarter than him sometimes, it had helped him a lot of times.

"Let's get to breakfast." James put his arm around Lily and nodded to Remus to come with them, before they walked out of the common room leaving their friends to sleep.

Sirius started to move but something was holding him back. Something heavy was laying on his chest, first he didn't understand anything. For a moment he had forgotten everything that happened the night before, but it didn't take long for all of it to come back. So when he opened his eyes he saw the small red headed girl sleeping on his chest. He laid their just watching her sleep for twenty minutes before Charlotte started to wake up.

For her it was the same. Something heavy was placed over her waist and she was laying on something warm. It didn't take her long before she realized that the thing over her waist was an arm and that she was laying on a person. When she realized this it didn't take long for everything from last night to come back to her. When she opened her eyes she was met with a pair of stormy grey ones that she had grown to love.

"Good morning." Sirius said, his voice was deeper that usual, his morning voice. Charlotte couldn't help the butterflies she felt in her stomach when she heard his voice and she smiled up at him. She was sure her cheeks had to be redder than her hair at this point.

"Good morning." Charlotte said back, her voice also a little deeper from sleeping. Her hair was messy and her makeup was gone, it had disappeared when she cried last night, and her cheeks were tearstained.

Sirius didn't look much better, his hair was all over the place and he also had tear stains on his cheeks. His eyes were a little red and he still looked tired.

"How are you feeling?" Sirius asked her, running his hand up and down her cheek. Charlottes hair was falling in front of her face and she had tried to brush it away at least ten times. Sirius chuckled when he saw how frustrated she was getting so he helped her getting it out of her face.

"I'm feeling really good."
