What you'll need:

¤Smile. jpg photo
¤yourself
¤bed
¤Night time
(Tip:works best if you have a tablet)

To do:

Go to your bed at night and lie down.

Then get your tablet(whatever phone you have).

Search on Google Smile.jpg and his image should appear.

Click on it.
Now look at his eyes until you fall asleep.

Close the tablet(make sure the tablet has the image on,when you open it Don't close the image just close the phone at the button)

Now go to sleep

And then you should have nightmares non-stop!

If you want the nightmares to stop just Spread the word (share the picture with someone else and the person that you will send the image should have nightmares)
