First method:
At midnight, get a kitchen knife then cover yourself under the blankets. Make sure the moonlight shines in your window and make sure nobody is awake. Point the knife where your heart is then close your eyes and say:
"Jeff the killer,
Jeff the killer,
Jeff the killer."
You'll hear a voice say "Go to Sleep". Open your eyes and you'll see him push your hand holding the knife,stabbing your heart.

Go to your closet and sit crossleggend. Close your eyes and chant while tilting your head back and forth.
"He's in here with me, he's in here with me,he's in here with me."
After that. Say his name and open your eyes. You shall see him chanting to harm you. You have to stand up and compliment him to survive
