Its not a Date

We got to the beef stand and I purchased the beef thanking Dante again for coming to my rescue.

"So Sally if you are not going home anytime soon I can show you around" he said with small smile

The offer though was tempting thinking about what Chase said yesterday I need to reject

"No thank you I really want to go home now"

"I know you don't trust me, but give me this chance let me show you around " he pleaded

Apart from that first day he hasn't given me another reason not to trust him and the time at Macy he just wanted to talk but Chase confession.

"Dante fine..."

"Yes thank you, you won't reget " Dante screamed in excitement like a small kid that just won a candy

"But I have to go home before 4:00 don't want them to be worried"

I was still scared if aunt finds out she will tell chase and he will come looking for me but if I call him now it will prevent a scence.

"Alright I cross my heart Sally I cross my heart I'll take you home before 4:00 " he said doing a cross sign over his chest "So its a date then"

"No its not a date its just a friendly tour" I said seriously I don't want him to get ahead off himself "and I need to make a call"

I pulled my phone from my purse and dialled the Sherrif number but it sent me to voice call

"Chase I went out to shop for beef and I'll be going on a tour with...." I hesistated a little and looked at Dante "a friend I'll be back before four please don't be worried"

I ended the call and faced Dante who gave me some space and I apppreciated it

"so where so should we go to first " I asked him

" Well, we can't go there on foot so let's get you saddled up" he chuckled

"Alright let's go I left daphnie there "

"Last one there is a rotten apple " I screamed as I took off

We had been having fun since and I didn't know that time had gone, currently We were racing each other and I had won him 3:1

"Wow I beat you again" I exclaimed I had gotten the hang of daphnie and everything was going smoothly

"Haha I let you beat me " he smirked

I looked at him his smile always left me happy inside I was glad I didn't turn down the offer

"Alright Sally I have to take you home now remember I crossed my heart "

I noded "alright let's go am so tired"

I saddled up again and we started on a slow trot

I could feel his eyes boring into my face as he rode by my side

"Ehm Dante thanks for today it was fun " I said interrupting the silence that fell between is

"No problem anything for you" I could feel a smile invade his face and I felt happy once again

We then rode home in silence.
