For the remaining time you both just stayed silent not really sure what to say. You felt as if you shouldn't of brought up the word love.

"Jaebum!" his mothers voice got you out of your thoughts and he walked passed you to go reply to her.

"It's getting pretty late and it's raining heavily, why don't you two just stay here for tonight then you can go back tomorrow?" his mother suggested and he agreed. It was raining pretty badly out there so you knew it'd be hard to drive in the night.

"Y/N you can sleep in Jaebum's old room and he'll just sleep on the couch."

"No way, I'll take the couch it's okay," you argued.

A few minutes later it already had been settled and you were being shown to his room. Mrs. Im handed you a long t-shirt and showed you where everything was and headed off to bed.

You lay in the soft bed and sighed as your back felt comfortable against the mattress. You were laying in Jaebum's bed, something you'd thought would never happen.

You were the kind of person to always have a glass of water next to you because you were usually thirsty before bed and stood up and quietly headed back downstairs. The creaking of the floor was heard but thankfully it was very faint.

You tried not to fall as you moved your leg around making sure it was the last step. It was almost pitch black but you didn't want to open any lights in case you'd wake Jaebum up.

You tried to make your way towards the kitchen but your body collided with something and you moved your hands in front of you feeling around through the darkness. Your fingers came in contact with something warm and soft, it felt like skin.

The light was switched on and you almost screamed before realizing it was Jaebum standing in front of you.

"What are you doing down here?" he asked confused but you remained speechless as you looked down and realized he was shirtless. Your hands placed firmly on his torso as you had tried to feel around earlier and quickly moved your hands away.

"Uh. . . I came to get water," you said stupidly as you just stood there.

"You do know lights exist right?" he joked and you rolled your eyes.

"I didn't want to wake you. . ."

He hadn't seemed to hear you as he looked you up and down slowly and you confusingly followed his gaze before realizing you only had a dress t-shirt on that came to your mid-thighs. Your hands quickly came to grab at the hem of the shirt as you pulled it lower and he chuckled at your reaction.

"That's my shirt."

You looked back down at your shirt and realized that it did seem like something that would belong to him.

"Oh sorry, your mom gave it to me so I-"

"It looks better on you."

You stood still at his comment and your cheeks became hot. You weren't really sure how to respond to that.

"Calm down, it's just a compliment. Don't worry you won't receive too many of those from me," he said and you weren't really surprised. That moment didn't last very long.

You moved past him and headed towards the kitchen to get water and you could hear him chuckling behind you. Returning back you shut the light he had turned on and regretted doing so as you attempted to head back towards the stairs. Your foot tripped on something and you felt Jaebum's strong arms grab onto you as you both fell to the floor, your body atop his.

"Shit I'm sorry."

You could see his face now as your eyes became clear with their surroundings. He looked up at you with dark eyes and you both remained like that; your hot bodies touching against each other. You began feeling nervous as you realized your shirt had ridden up from the fall and his hand had accidentally gripped at your exposed thigh.

You both remained staring at each other like that. The only thing being heard was heavy breathing and loud sounds of your hearts racing in the darkness.
