{9} let the game begin

[m/n]'s POV

it's finally happening! I thought excitedly an official match with Karasuno, I've practicing for so long for this moment, I can go at 100%

as both teams are warming up, the referee calls for the captains to shake hands

"Let's play" Daichi-san says

"Let's play" Nii-san purrs 

"Nii-san! toss me a b--" I'm interrupted by the cheers of Nii-san fangirls

"Oikawa-kun do your best" they screeched kill me

I just ignore it, I grabbed Nii-san and started shaking him

"Nii-san~" I whined "send me some tosses"

"Hai~" he throws the ball to me, I receive it passing it to him, he then tosses the ball, then I run as fast as I can to the net and jump as high as I can, spiking the ball with everything I have, KABLAM! the loud sound echoed through the gym gaining the attention of everyone. 

"whoa was it that little girl...or guy? that did that?" stab in the back

"for someone so small to have such power" another stab in the back

"I was wondering how someone that short was in Aoba johsai" two stabs in the back.

I was now sulking in the corner, hair covering my eyes and a dark cloud above my head

"d-don't let it get to you" Nii-san tried to comfort me

"curse you Nii-san, curse you for taking all the height" I mumbled

"you'll grow... eventually" I then gave him a death glare.

"whatever, let's keep practicing" I said slowly getting up. Nii-san tossed the ball the Makki-senpai

"Nice Makki. Super sharp" Nii-san praised, then he tossed it to kindai-chan "Gomen Kindaichi. that one was a little high.

"Uh no...yes" I quickly said

"which one is it" I mutter. Then Nii-san tossed it to Iwa-chan, who spiked the ball really hard

"Iwa-chan, you sure you're not trying to hard?" Nii-san teased "you don't have to try and show off. None of the girls will be looking at you anyways" the next thing I know Iwa-chan is trying to kill Nii-san

"Iwaizumi-san! calm down! we're right before the match!" Kindai-chan yelled

"Iwa-chan! don't do it!" I begged

"Let go of me Kindaichi, [m/n]!"

"Now's not a good time!" Kindai-chan reasoned

"see, everyone's staring hard!" I yell

"I don't care! I'm gonna hit him!" 

"Nii-san! Apologize!"

"Iwaizumi-san calm down!"

=====TIME SKIP TO BEGINNING OF THE MATCH===== 

As we lined up, I look across and see Tobio-chan, we make eye contact with each other, and I flashed his a cute smile to which he blushed at, he looks away and now him and Nii-san are sort of 'glaring' at each other. PPRRRRSSSSWW the whistle blew, and the game begins

"Let's play!" we all yell this should be fun I think to myself smiling a little

As we are getting ready I hear Nii-san call out to Tobio-chan 

"Yo. Tobio-chan" he calls "I came here excited to take down the genius setter, so do your best, and hold on." I run up to the net where the two are.

"Nii-san stop razz him up" I say

"we will win--" Tobio-chan is soon interrupted by his orange haired teammate 

"we won't loss!" he yells in confidence. Nii-san and I stare, dumbfounded. 

"Don't butt in when I'm talking, Hinata you jackass!" Tobio-chan growls as he reaches for said boys head, I giggled at this, causing both males to slightly blush.

"we won't..." Tobio-chan says

"Lose this time either!" they yell in unison 

"Let's go, [m/n]-chan" Nii-san says

"Hai" we then turn around to head back to our team, I turn my head at look at the two "Do your best, cause we won't go easy on you" I turn my head back and jog back to the team. After coach explained some shit to us, the ref blew the whistle and we started heading out to the court

"All right~ let's do this" Nii-san said leading us to the court "Now then, as usual... I believe in all of you"

We all walked into the court serious and determined to win, we huddled together an placed our hands in the middle

"Let's go!" Nii-san called out

"Yeah!" we all yell

we got in position on the court, the ref blew the whistle and the game begins.

Narrator's POV

Tsukishima served the ball, Kunimi receive it passing it to Oikawa (Oikawa= Tooru, [m/n]= you), Matsukawa went up to spike, but Oikawa spiked the ball catching Karasuno off guard everyone in the gym began to cheer.

"Come on. I'll be doing the same thing again" Oikawa teased "Don't stand there so out of it. Pay attention." then he walk of like a boss, behind him a very pissed off Karasuno. 

"Nice serve Matsukawa!" Iwaizumi yells Daichi receives the ball passing it to Kageyama, the duo then do their freak quick crap it's as fast as ever [m/n] curses, but unlike the other times, Makki was able to receive the ball, Oikawa runs up to the ball in a spiking formation, Hinata and Tanaka jump to block, however they were deceived because Oikawa changed into a setting formation and tossed the ball to Iwaizumi who spikes the ball, earning Aoba johsai another point. Nii-san is so cool, I wanna do cool stuff too [m/n] inwardly groaned.

"Matsukawa, one more nice serve!" Iwaizumi yells

"Mattsun-senpai nice serve!" [m/n] joins

Matsukawa serve the ball, Nishinoya receives the ball passing it to Kageyama

"Bring it!" Hinata yells, running up to the net and jumping, Kindaichi jumps to block, but Iwaizumi notices that Tanaka is getting ready to jump as well, Oikawa is about to jump but he sees that Asahi is also getting ready to spike pipe?! [m/n] thinks, Asahi is running up to spike but to everyone's surprise, even Karasuno themselves, Kageyama dumps the ball to the other side of the net, [m/n] runs to get the ball, he dives but it's too late the ball has already touched the ground, now he's just lying on the floor with his arms outstretched to the ball that has rolled off. well shit [m/n] looked dumbfounded, he sees as Kageyama walk up to Oikawa

"I'll be doing the same thing. Pay attention" He says Damn~ BOI [m/n] thought as he stood up

"You stupid little brat" Oikawa curses with an irk mark on his temple.
