For those of you who haven't heard of the Randalls, they are a family of wealthy militia. With the exception of Harry's father, his mother specializes weapons that benefits the CIA, the FBI, and other American organizations.
Why would the son of the Randalls come to us for help? Ben wondered.
Harry thanks Cole's mother dearly and sips the beverage.
"Of course," Cole moaned. "Your family are friends with the CIA."
Harry nods in response.
"I looked through that file at least five times," he said.
"When I showed my mom this, she thinks it's just a misunderstanding. I think someone must have gave this to my dad."
"Of all the CIA operatives," Ben began. "Who is close to your father?"
Harry thought about it for a minute.
"Colonel Jones," he answered. "He and my father used to be in the military together."
We may need Seth for this, Cole thought.
Seth Hamilton is the younger brother of Ben Hamilton. Other than his sarcastic and immature personality, he is a talented computer hacker who assists the duo with their cases.
Up until now, Seth hasn't been caught by the authorities.
"Could he be the one who handed Mr. Randall the file?" Ben asked.
Harry shrugged his shoulders; after all, he's a kid not a detective.
"We'll take a look at your case," Cole promised. "We promise to tell everything as soon as we get the details."
"What's his cause of death, anyway?" Ben asked.
"Poison injection," Harry said. "The doctors think it came from a bug or something."
"Okay," Cole replied. "Thank you for your cooperation."
Harry smiled as she touched his shoulder.
"If you have anything that we'll benefit us," she began.
"Please don't hesitate to call us."
Cole ripped a small piece of towel out of its roll and found a blue pen next to the dish rack.
She wrote her cellphone number and handed it to Harry.
"This is my cellphone number," Cole explained with a smile.
"Text or call me when you have the chance."
Harry nodded as he takes the towel and looks at me with a shy smile.
"Thanks," he said.
"No problem," she shrugged.
As soon as Harry left the house, Ben and Cole's mother gave Cole a teasing smile.
"What?" she asked in wonder.
"Harry thinks you're flirting with him," Ben snickered.
"The next thing you'll know, Harry is all over you."
"Ew," Cole shuddered. "Please, the last thing I need is another boyfriend."
Ben rolled his eyes and notices the classified file on the couch.
"Looks like Harry left the file," he said, picking up the folder.
"I'll organize the murder board, you talk to people."
"Sounds good," Cole shrugged.
However, Cole's mother sighed and leaned against her back.
"Seriously, Cole?" she groaned. "At least find a husband or get a job instead of searching for killers."
