Cassandra's POV

"Kyle, hindi na magbabago isip ko. I heard you and your mom talking. You're going to marry me to save your company!" sabi ko.

"Hindi na ba talaga magbabago isip mo?" tanong ni Kyle.

"Hindi na. Siguro sila Anne magbabago pa sisip nila, pero ako? Hindi na. Kaya layuan mo na siya kung gusto mong maging okay ang company niyo!"

"Lalayuan ko siya after her birthday. Just give me until her birthday. Please? PROMISE. LALAYUAN KO SIYA PAGKATAPOS." sabi ni Kyle

"Okay. Just until her birthday. After that, layuan mo na siya!"

"Y-Yes." Kyle

*end of flashback*

"Cass, hindi na ba talaga magbabago isip mo?" she asked.

Andito kami ngayon sa starbucks. Everybody left after what happened between Kyle and Mich. Hah. Fake pala. I knew it.

"About what?"

"About the whole marriage thing." she said.

"Bakit Laura, ikaw ba nagbago na isip mo?!" sigaw ko.

"Someone made me realize something. Why force someone to marry you? I want Patrick to be happy. And I know he would never be happy if we get married because he doesn't love me. He loves another girl. I don't want to be a kontarbida in his love life. I want him to be happy with the girl he loves at alam kong si Ella lang ang malakapagpasaya sa kanya. So, I'm going to tell my parents to support their company without the whole marriage stuff." Laura

"YOU'RE BEING THE OLD LAURA AGAIN."

"Who made you realize that?" Anne asked.

"Lance." Laura

"When did you guys talk?" Honey

Laura's POV

"I was walking when I saw Lance talking with Ella..."

"No. Ang sakit. Ang sakit dito." I heard Lance say. Then he walked away. For some reason, I followed him. I saw him crying.

"Lance." tawag ko sa kanya. He looked at me. "Why are you crying?" I asked.

He didn't answer my question, instead he asked me..

"You're the 'soon to be wife' of Patrick right?"

"Y-Yes." I answered.

"You want Patrick to be happy right?" he asked

"Yes. I want him ti be happy."

"Do you think he'll be happy with you?" Lance

"Yes."

"Are you sure?" Lance

Am I? Am I sure?

"No. He won't be happy with me because he loves another girl." I answered.
