"Just listen to me!" Sirius almost yelled grabbing her arm to stop her from continue to walk. When Charlotte felt his hand on her arm she tensed before turning to him.

"What? What do you want to say?" Sirius couldn't help but to forget what he wanted to tell her. He couldn't help but to stare in to her hazel eyes and almost getting lost in them before he felt his blood run cold.

"Your lipstick is smudged." He almost whispered out.

"Thanks for telling me." She said before she turned to walk away again.

"Why are your lipstick smudged?" It had finally got up for him what must have happened for her lipstick to be like that. He could feel anger starting to build up inside of him. Who had she been with? Why had she been with someone?

"It's none of your business." Charlotte said with a sharp voice. She tried to get out of the death grip Sirius had on her arm, but it just get tighter.

"Tell me!" Sirius almost shouted.

"You know what! Screw you! I'm done!" She finally managed to get her arm free and when he tried to stop her again she slapped him.

Sirius was shocked when he felt the pain on his cheek. Before he could stop her again she was gone and he cursed under his breath. He hated how the night had ended. It had started so good and then Marlene had to ruin it all. He never wanted her, she threw herself at him when she heard someone walk in where they were talking.

When she left them alone in the astronomy tower Sirius had yelled at Marlene before running after Charlotte. He had walked around the castle trying to find her ever since. So when he found her he were happy. He wanted to explain to her what had happened and that it was nothing going on between him and Marlene. But when he saw her smudged lipstick he didn't know what to think.

Had she found somebody else? And so fast? Sirius didn't know what to think and his feelings was going haywire. He was mad at Marlene for what she had done, how she had ruined his night. He was sad because he hadn't gotten the night with Charlotte he wanted. He was hurt and mad when he realized that she had kissed someone that wasn't him, but he couldn't really talk there.

He didn't know how, but somehow he had managed to walk back to the gryffindor tower. Sirius just wanted to hide in his bed and hoping that the whole thing was a dream when he woke up.

"Hi Padfoot. How was your night?" Remus asked with a smirk. He was sitting on his bed reading a book, he had left the party earlier and had seen how close Charlotte and Sirius was getting.

"I don't want to talk about it." He said and lay down on his bed burring his face in his pillow.

"Okay." Remus said back to his friend, confused about why he didn't want to talk about it but just shrugged it off. He knew he would found out sooner or later.

Charlotte woke up the next morning still mad about everything that had happened. Sirius had no right to react like he did. When he kissed Marlene he lost all that right.

So she had done nothing wrong last night, not that she had done anything. He had kissed her, not the other way around. That's why her lipstick were smudged when Sirius found her wandering the halls.

"Good morning!" Lily said with a big smile when she saw that Charlotte was awake. Both her and Alice had been gossiping about Charlotte and Sirius all night before they fell asleep. They had been asleep when Charlotte got back so now they wanted to know everything that had happened the night before.

"Good morning!" Charlotte answered, not in a good mood. On top off everything she was hungover from the night before.

"So how was last night?" Lily thought that starting out small made it easier to get more information out of her. Both Lily and Alice was curios about everything.
