"M-mom? Dad?" i stuttered. I was in shock, i froze in my spot.
"Happy Birthday!" they shouted and hugged me. They looked behind me and my dad was shocked.
"Hunter?" Mom and Dad said at the same time. What the hell? How do they know him?
"John? Melissa?" Hunter said at the same time. What the fuck is going on here?
"What is going on? What are you doing with my daughter?" dad was getting angry.
"What? I didn't know she is your daughter! I didn't even know her fucking last name, John." he snapped.
"Yeah i never told him my last name is Diamond." i said trying to calm my dad down and it did work.
"You don't know what are you getting yourself into." my dad grabbed me from my shoulders. "He is dangerous." he finished and glared at Hunter.
"I actually do." i snapped and mom gasped. "What?" she said with wide eyes.
"How do you know him?" i looked between my parents. They are keeping something from me and i am getting really angry right now.
"Honey," dad started said. "Really John? You didn't tell her?" Hunter asked emotionless with his hands crossed over his chest.
"Shut up!" my dad yelled and walked fast to his face but i stopped him. Hunter didn't get affected at all. Why am I so clueless?
"Sweetie what are you doing?" my dad asked confused about my sudden move.
"Sit down and talk," i demanded from him. "Or he tells me." i pointed at Hunter who sat down with the others. "Talk!" i snapped making my mom flinch. The anger was raising inside me really fast, I am losing my patience.
"Tell her, John!" Hunter was getting impatient.
"Don't push it boy!" dad pointed at him threateningly.
"Shut it BOTH of you!" i yelled at both of them.
"Sorry." Hunter said and dad's eyes widened. "Did that came from his mouth?" he asked shocked and i looked at him confused. "Yeah why?" i asked. "He never says that." he said in a 'duh' tone. Wait, he doesn't say sorry? So why did he?
"You're getting off topic, dad." i narrowed my eyes at him.
"Yeah, yeah ok. We do business together." he almost whispered. I was waiting for more but he hesitated. "That's all?" i asked slowly. "Honey please." he looked sad. No, hell no, I'm not bying this. I couldn't hold it anymore. I let the tears fall down. I cried. Damn, i'm weak.
Hunter jumped up before my dad or mom could and lifted up my face. "No, no, no, no, no, please Allison don't cry." He lifted me up front the ground and i wrapped my legs around his side waist. He was holding me like a baby, in that moment i was actually, and held me with on hand. With the other he wipped my tears away and caressed my cheek.
"Please, don't ruin your beautiful face." he hugged me tight as i sobbed on his black shirt. "Damn, even when you're crying you're beautiful too." he whispered and looked me in the eyes then gave me a smile, making me chuckle.
"Sweetie." dad spoke up and tried to come closer.
"This." Hunter pointed at him. "is all your fault!" he yelled, he was so red that i thought for a moment he might explode. All of his veins on his neck popped out.
"You care about her." dad said in a silent tone.
"No shit sherlock!" Hunter snapped again. Omg, he just admided he cares about me. My heart is jumping like a kangaroo. Ahhhh.. I'm mentally screaming right now.
He set me down and cuped my cheeks then wipped my stanned cheeks with his thumb.
"I'm telling her John." Hunter threatened.
"Ok, ok I'm telling her." he sighed and took a deep breath. "I sell him illegal stuff?" he questioned more than asked. "Like?" i asked wipping my eyes and he sighed. "Weapons. He sells us weapons, guns. All this shit." Hunter snapped. I felt my eyes water and tear roll down but i kept a straight face.
"Shit, shit, shit please stop crying. I'm sorry, i shouldn't have told you like that. Please forgive me, please Allison." I could see regret in his eyes but i wasn't mad at him.
"19 years. 19 fucking years to find out myself. And to find out from a gangleader?" i asked calmly. "You said it you're self, his a gangleader sweetie." he said with sadness in his eyes. "He trusted me, he told me even if it was an accident, he didn't hasitate." i statted. "What?! You set her in danger?" dad snapped at him.
"I'm keeping her safe, John. She even saved my fucking life and actually she keeps me safe!" Hunter snapped back. "If i didn't care or was afraid to be exposed or that she could go to the police, i would have fucking killed her. So don't start this shit with me." he finished and dad nodded knowing he was right.
"Honey," dad grabbed my shoulders. "We are sorry for not telling you. I was just trying to protect you. If they knew about you, anyone, you could be a target sweetie." he said and i sighed.
"Ok. No more lies or secrets. I won't forgive you again." i statted looking at both of my parents and they nodded in agreement. They hugged me gave me a smile.
"If anything happens to my daughter under your watch, i will come for you." he pointed at him and he nodded. "So we have to go, business." dad said sad. "And boys I was going to give you the stuff today when i was coming at your house but since you are here come and get it from the car." he said looking at the boys.
"Don't stop by at our house unless I call you. They found our hideouts." Hunter said to dad. "If you want help you can call me. You know i have technology that helps you out." he pointed and Hunter said 'thanks'.
After they left, Sean and Tyler came up with a wooden box. Tyler opened it and it was stuffed with a...suit? What the hell? But then he took it off and all the guns were under the suit.
"Holy shit. There are like.." i didn't get to finish and Sean interupted me. "50 guns." he smiled and pinched my cheek.
"Hey, i got a call from the others, they found a new hideout and a new house." Tyler said cheering. What they are leaving? Why am i even sad? Am i even losing my friends? My heart is aching, i will lose the only really friends i had.
"Ok so when?" Sean placed his hands on his waist. "Tomorrow." Tyler answered and Sean nodded.
"Allison?" Hunter snapped me out of my sad thoughts. He looked consufed. "You are free to come with us, if you want." he suggested.
"What? You guys have work to do, you don't need to babysit me." i said sitting on the couch.
"We won't babysit you, we are your best friends." Sean sat beside me on the couch on the left.
"We want you there silly. You think we won't miss you?" Tyler sat on the right. I looked at them and smiled, looking down.
Hunter suddenly kneeled down in front of me, resting his hands on my legs. "Come with us, Allison. You don't need to be alone, we are here for you." he smiled and cuped my face.
"Okay, i'm coming." i made my decision. The truth is I don't want to be alone anymore. I have real friends and we stick together.
"Grouphug!" Tyler shouted and they all attacked me with a huge hug. I love these guys and i don't care they are dangerous people, their personalities count.

Well it seems like Hunter has gone soft, or maybe is it an act?
