Chapter 5: Mere Rashke Qamar💞

Alya was hogging on chips n chocolates. Then she stopped n said "wait y am I getting scared! Nandini hates Manik like anything. If I tell Nandini everything then mom n dad will hate me. Instead let the things go on as per their plan n when the time is right I will tell Nandini everything" n she smiled n stopped eating.

Next morning Nandini got ready n looking at the mirror she said "I think I shouldn't give up on my music like this for that monster! I'll jst say yes to Mr Malhotra" saying this she calls him n said "Uncle tell ur son to get ready to manage the most difficult girl in this world" n disconnects the call

Listening to this, Mr Malhotra strts dancing n Manik looks at him weirdly
"Wats d matter dad" Manik said

"Pehle tu bata kya socha hai tune" Mr Malhotra said

"Haan main pure raat soch raha tha ki Nandini.."He got interrupted by Mr Malhotra

"Main to tujhe Mr Modi ke bare me puch raha tha" he said n Manik was dumbstruck n his father smiled

"Ohh matlab tu puri raat sirf Nandini ke bare me soch raha tha"he said n Manik blushed "nahi dad aisa kuch nahi hai!" He said

"Accha to ab bata de ke Nandini ke bare me kya socha hai tune...tu use manage karega na" Mr Malhotra said

"Haan bt kya woh manegi?"Manik said

"Uska phone aaya tha kal ki woh maan gayi hai"he replied

"Thik hai den I don't have any problem too" Manik said n left

N then Mr Malhotra started dancing

Later that day, Nandini n Alya come to Malhotra mansion n the servant tells them to wait.

"God yeh Manik kitna time lagata hai niche aane me" Nandini says in an irritated tone

"Relax Nandini itna impatient kyu ho rahi ho" Alya said

Meanwhile Manik comes out of his room n frm above sees an irritated Nandini n smirks

Manik's POV: Chalo junior ki thodi si ragging ki jaye.

Then he sees a servant approaching n tells him something in his ear n goes back to his room

Then the servant goes down n to Nandini he says, "ma'am sir abhi thoda busy hai, adhe ghante tak nahi aa paenge aap pls wait kijie" n he left

"Ohh Goddd! Half an hour more. I'm gonna kill this guy!!" Nandini shouts n Manik smiles in his room

"Nandini u can't just fight with him so relax n sit down" Alya said

"No I can't sit I'm going bye" Nandini said

"Noooo wat r u doing jst sit here fr ur music!" Alya said

"Fine!!!"N Nandini sat down grumpily

Then after sometime, Alya gets a call so she goes outside n the servant comes to Nandini n says "madam Nyonika ma'am aa rahi hai apne friends ke sath aap pls upar chale jayie"

"Ok" Nandini said n went upstairs n unknowingly enters inside Manik's room. Then suddenly the lights r switched off (u guys obviously know who did it😉) n Nandini gets scared. She starts getting flashes of being in a dark room n starts sweating badly. Then someone starts patting her back or blowing air near her ears n she feels dizzy n faints. Manik immediately picks her up in his arms n makes her lie down on the bed. He tries waking her up, sprinkles water on her face n she wakes up but immediately hugs Manik

Here “Rashq-e-Qamar” is used for the girl who is so beautiful that even the Moon is jealous of her.

(Nandini hugs him n finds relief n Manik hesitates to hug her back)
Music....
(he hugs her n Nandini realizes their position so she breaks the hug n looks at him in the eye)

Then Alya enters n gets jealous seeing the two n switches on the light thus breaking their eye lock

"Nandini I think we should go home Manik we'll strt frm tomorrow" Alya said

"Are u ok u need something" Manik said ignoring Alya

"I'm fine" Nandini says n tries leaving when she looks at Manik again n runs out of the room n blushes remembering their eye lock in the dark room n Manik too smiles

"Manik" Alya calls him breaking his trance

"Don't even dare to play with Nandini, she is naive and innocent so don't use these stupid tricks on her!" Alya said angrily

"Alya I'm sry fr dat nyt. I used u jst to complete the dare! I shouldn't have done that I'm sry" Manik said

"I won't forgive u so easily Manik but I promise I won't let u do the same thing with my sister" Alya said n walked out n Manik was dumbstruck

At night, Nandini was lying down in her bed and thinking about the incident

Nandini's POV: his eyes were so full of concern for me. And I felt so secured when I hugged him. It feels as if I fell in love with his eyes! So deep, passionate, beautiful

N unknowingly she smiled again when Alya enters and Nandini straightens herself

"Di wat happened u want something" Nandini said

"Wat were u doing in his room" Alya said

"Whose room?" Nandini said

"Manik's!" Alya shouts

"Umm nothing actually I accidentally went in his room n the light went off n I fainted so dats it" Nandini said

"N who do u think did that... Manik. He is trying to mess with u" Alya said

"Di I know what he did to u. N u don't need to worry about me, u know na how much I hate him" Nandini said

"Ya den y were u smiling all this while" Alya said n Nandini looked down "listen Nandini I'm ur sister n I don't want u to fall in his trap so just listen to what I'm saying ok" she says n hugs Nandini

"I'm sry Nandini for doing this to u but I can't let u hav Manik. I'm so sorry" Alya soliloquised

Its been a longggggggg tym since I last posted my stories. So presently I've taken admission in college in English Honours. I'm really flattered after seeing the response in the last part. I hope I can get a portion of it in this part too.
