Days seemed to pass, as our main character took her firm stand as a guard for the king. She still ever said anything and she never changed her mind on becoming the ninth general. Ja'far seemed to to hang around her often, sometimes when she wasn't posted to watch the king, she would run away from the palace just to get away from Ja'far and his incessant starting. She was as cold as ever, but it seemed Ja'far thought their fates were intertwined. Every time he would try to talk to her, or try to get her to talk, he would always say the same things.

"I am so sorry that I just left. I wanted so badly to go back and save you all." And every time she would think back to him,

"Your fate is different then mine, and that is okay." But she never voiced her opinion. Her once cold and unfeeling heart had started to get glimpses of feeling. She never wanted to know what these were. She had felt heartbreak, and she had felt more irritation and during a time where Ja'far dragged her around the city as per instructed by the king, she had even felt a tinge but of fun but that passed as soon as it came. She had yet still to even mutter a word in the presence of another person. She would talk to herself in her room, and if she was sure, she would even quietly sing to herself. After her interrogation she was moved to a room in the main wing of the palace, where the eight general and the king stayed. It had been four days and she still hadn't talked to the generals, she would see them when posted outside of king Sinbad's office, but never approached them and they never approached her.

The palace was almost silent, all the servants were around the town helping set up for an upcoming event. (Y/n) didn't bother to find out what it was seeing as she was not posted to work. So she would just camp in her room and figure out what to do.

"Hey, um, you're (y/n) right?" The blond girl, Pisti, she thought was her name, asked as she walked towards where the female was standing guard. (Y/n) nodded once as the girl approached.

"I was told to ask you if you would go to the Maharaja festival tonight." She raised a single eyebrow.

"Umm I can't tell you who asked me. I just need an answer." The girl looked nervous, (y/n) nodded at her answering her question with a yes.

"I guess since someone wants me to go I'll go." She thought. She had no clue what was going to happen but she would figure to it when she got there.

"Great! Yam and I will be at your room at 6 to get you ready." The girl skipped off happily.

Pisti skipped her way down the hall into Yamriha's study.

"She said yes! I told her we would get her ready at 6. He's gonna be so happy she said yes." The girl cheered happily. The blue haired woman was to busy thinking.

"We are going to have to find her an outfit." The girls got to work. The went into the village  and shopped for the perfect dress for the mysterious woman. In the end the settled for a (f/c) above-the-knee dress with the stomach open, the sleeves were cut open on the biceps and the sleeve ended right after the elbow. They knew it would be perfect for the girl.
