i stood up and grabbed my phone that's on the tv it was a text from an unknown number.

I waited for seconds till that person reply.

before i could reply, i heard my girlfriend veronica open the door.

"hi baby!" she said excitedly. i looked up at her and gave her a weak smile.

"what is that?" she asks looking at my phone.

oh god no.

veronica is some kind of a girl who's too sensitive. you won't mess with her because she will say every stinky secrets you have all over the school or even the social medias. she's pretty shady, i hate that.

"uhh some girl-" before i could say anything, she snatched my phone for me, "give me that!" i yelled trying to get my phone back.

she gasped, "bella, huh!? we're done, jacob. i thought i can trust you." she said with her shaky voice and ran out my room.

"nica, wait! you didn't even let me explain! don't do this to me!" i said running after her who's running down the stairs.

"i've had enough, ok? atleast treat that girl right better than you treated me. i love you but, i guess everything ends here." she said and ran out the front door.

Ha. Was i a great pretender? I don't love her. Well, i do but, not anymore i just waited for her to break up with me. Because if I'm the one who breaks up, that would be a huge wreck all over the school and the social media because I'm kinda 'famous'

I went back to my room and checked my phone.
