I grab the keys and head out, I connect my phone and make my way to her house. When I get there I smirk and zip the hoodie all the way to the top of my head, I get out and knock on her door non stop.
She swings it open ready to yell and I watch her eyes light up in panic. I laugh and zip it down, she sucks her teeth and closes the door in my face. I stop laughing and knock on the door again.
"Maniii I'm sorry" I say
"Babe open up" I whine
She opens the door back up and cocks her head.
"Is this some bape convention?" She asks
"Doesn't matter cause I still look good and so do you!" I smile
She has on black ripped shorts, black crop top with 'Deadass Wavy' in white writing, and black Timbs.
"You real talk dressed like a New Yorker" I laugh
"You fake bitch, don't come for me!" She says
"Ayo facts b!" I mock
"You know you're mocking yourself right?" She asks
Oh yea, true.
"Aight let's go" I say while grabbing her hand
We get in the car and as soon as I start it, the music booms through the speakers. Normani's eyes light up and she smirks.
"You get lonely too Lauren?" She asks
"Shh" I smile
"You ain't tell me you was a drake fan" She says
"Cause I'm not, I'm a fan of '06 to '15 drake" I say
"It's only a handful of songs I listen to off his new stuff, what a time was good, views was trash besides maybe seven songs, and more life was cute" I add
"That was an accurate review" She nods
"Just like you, I get lonely too" I say
"You're so cute and corny Laur"
"Maybe cute and corny and be our always"
We arrive at the place and show them our ID, we get our skates and skate onto the rink.
"Race a lap?" I ask
"Bet" She smirks
I take off with her hot on my tail and even though it was looking like a tie at first, I won.
