Day 3

oOoOoOoOo

*When I refer to the Mall, it's this big area in the middle of DC filled with Smithsonian museums, not a shopping complex. I was constantly confused by this when I was younger because I was always a bit of an airhead.

Lush green trees and scenery flew past the window of my car and I would've gazed at in beauty if it wasn't for my uncomfortableness.

I changed my position for the fifth time within ten minutes before crossing my arms in frustration and snuggling closer to my seat.

I let my music blare out into my headphones, but even with the high volume of my music, it could barely be heard due to the volume Nico set the radio to.

We were somewhere on 495 with only thirty more minutes until we reach DC.

My headphones were my lifeline right now because they provided me with relief from the awkwardness that came from talking with Nico.

Before his explanation, hating him was easy. He forced me to come with him against my will.

Even though I found him insanely attractive and I was starting to feel Stockholm Syndrome in the beginning, I knew that I wouldn't act on my hormones.

Now, all I can think about is his lips kissing every inch of my body, all of the pleasure that he would make me feel, the thoughts made me squeeze my legs tighter.

These thoughts were dangerous.

He was dangerous.

My friends' warnings didn't help, if anything it made me want him even more.

I quickly shook my thoughts out of my head and instead focused on what seemed to be the never-ending concrete road.

I let out a sigh which helped to blow some bits of hair out of my face. While Nico was generous and thoughtful while his Target run, he forgot one of the most important necessities for a girl, hair ties.

"So..." Nico's deep voice interrupts my thinking and I trail my eyes to look at him.

"Do you do anything else other than sigh deeply to yourself? Because in the last hour I counted thirty of them."He tells me as he drums his fingers on the steering wheel.

I notice that he does that a lot, even if there's no music playing.

I roll my eyes at his question and subconsciously a smile pulls up onto my face. "You picked the wrong person for this trip Nic, I'm not a big talker when it comes to strangers."

A small and handsome smirk comes onto Nico's face and my gaze couldn't help but drop down towards it.

"Fine, let's play a game to get to know each other better. The game is called 'Sorry, I'm Late." Nico tells me.

"Okay...how do you play this game?"I ask as I cross my legs onto the seat.

"Well a person first starts with a 'Sorry I'm late' then you give a movie description, and then people will try to guess the movie."Nico explains and I nod, understanding the concept of the game.

"I'll go first,"Nico tells me."I'm sorry I'm late, but I had to help this guy find his son, but I kept on forgetting where I saw him."

I bite my lip in contemplation and I was thinking so hard that I didn't see Nico's gaze drop towards my lip.
