Cat.
Embrace the grumpiness.
Here's a meditation to help you get grumpy.  Just sit back, relax, and be grumpy.
Your in a forest walking barefoot.
The air is fresh and warm. You feel amazing and need it in your lungs.
You take a deep breath.
And inhale a mosquito
The birds are chirping their beautiful music.
A bird swoops down and carries you up.
It poops on your head. You look up at it, and it poops again. In your eye.
The clearing is beautiful. The sun is setting and the crickets are chirping. You climb onto a big log to get a better view.
As you do that you get a huge splinter in between your toes.
