Chapter one

Keiths pov

Beep beep beep.

Ugh. I mentally groan as I hear my alarm clock go off. I put my clock on snooze and I open my eyes but instantly close them again due to the sun being so bright. I put my arm over my closed eyes. A few seconds later I hear my alarm clock go off again. I open my eyes and roll over turning off my alarm. I sit up and stretch my arms above my head.I look around my room and my eyes land on a Voltron poster. My parents had decided to name me after a show. Im sorta glad they did because i'm totally obsessed with new new version of it. Sadly I wasn't the only one named after it, my 4 best friends were too. We all have grown up together and we all love voltron. We have Pidge, she makes all the fanart. Hunk well he has the entire soundtrack on his phone and he plays it all the time. Lance is always trying to quote voltron but always gets it wrong. And last we have Shiro, he likes the old voltron better then the new one but he still likes the new one. We have our own little clique. I pull my blanket off of me and I swing my legs over the side of my bed. I grab my phone to see 12 texts messages in our group most of them are from pidge telling me that i was late. I was confused until I remembered that we had plans to meet up today. I look at the time to notice i'm 20 minutes late. Shit. I get up and put on some black skinny jeans, black shirt and a flannel and of course my beanie. I run out of the house and head to the park. As I arrive I can see my friends with angry faces.

"Where were you?!" Pidge yells in my face.

"Sleeping" I say in my normal monotone voice.

I walk over to the rest of the group and sit with them at a park bench.

"What are we doing today?" I ask Shiro.

He shrugs his shoulders and I look over to Pidge who has a huge evil grin on. Welp we're all dead.

A few minutes later i'm being pulled by Lance. I have no say so I just go along with it. Before I know it i'm being dragged into Lance's house with the gang.
