Loss, such a tragic word. Means to lose something or someone, usually a post result of a disaster small or large.

Coping with loss can go many ways. One, you shun all life forms or two, you expect people to coddle and take care of your every need.
Losing someone or something you love is very hard on a person. It brings you down. Makes you feel like there's nothing to fight for. It destroys you, both mentally and physically.

Side effects of loss are depression, solitary, hateful feelings, sorrow, violent behavior, harming oneself...

One can't just not talk to human life forms or expect them to always be there for you.
One is supposed to learn from the experience, move on. Always, indefinitely move on.
Never hold onto it. Cause if one does, they'll never heal.
They'll stay broken. From then unto forevermore.
