Chapter 4: Adrien Agreste (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir)

"Uh, I got to go." The three of you said at the same time. Without asking any questions, you all went to different directions, but the destination was the same.

You got there first, after quickly de-transforming you whispered to the tired out Kwami in your palm.

"It's okay, it's probably almost lunch, I think I've got some bread and cheese in my lunch. Just hang on for a few minutes, okay?"

"Cheese bread doesn't sound that bad." (k/n) replied weakly.

"Rest for a while okay? You did really well today." You said and put (k/n) in your pocket. You took out your hair from the ponytail, the highlights disappearing and the hair going back to it's normal length. You slipped the hair tie onto your wrist and quickly entered the class.

"Where did you go off to?" Chloe asked.

"I went to the washroom." You replied casually. You were pretty good at lying if you do say so yourself.

"Really? That's weird, cause Marinette also went to the washroom. Did you see her there?" Chloe asked skeptically.

You pretended to look worried as you glanced at Marinette. Pretending you didn't see her in the washroom. She had a pleading look. "Yeah, of course I saw her. We chatted for a while." You answered.

"How come she came before you?" Chloe quizzed.

"I had to take a drink from the water fountain so I left before her. But then I couldn't find it, when I finally did, I got lost trying to find my way back. Didn't I explain my bad sense of direction yet?" You responded calmly.

"Uh-huh? Sure." Chloe glared at you.

Ms. Bustier came back into the room (note: you did not notice she was gone in the first place) with Nathaniel following behind.

"Okay, Ladybug and Chat Noir have dealt with the villains. Everything is settled, are you guys okay?" The teacher asked.

"Actually, I heard that there was a 'Dark Raven' who also helped." Adrien coughed.

You smiled internally.

"Well, the thing is, they've dealt with it and we can go back to our lesson." Ms. Bustier concluded.

The bell rang to signal lunch time. The class cheered since they didn't have to sit through boring lessons and could just go on with the day. You found a corner outside the cafeteria and opened your lunch. You found a cheese croissant and slipped bits into your pocket for (k/n)to eat. As you picked at it, you also found a cookie and a bottle of chocolate milk at the bottom of your lunch bag. You ate and drank in silence. You found feeding a Kwami was kind of soothing.

"Um, h-hey, you're Y/N right? The new student from Canada?" Nathaniel asked coming up to you.

"Yeah, nice to meet you, and you are?" You nodded and stuck out your hand.

"Nathaniel. I kind of wanted to talk to you. Ask you a few questions. I mean, when I grow older, I want to become an animator and also travel the world. While the two things might not go with each other, I still want to know a few things about the rest of the world. I've never gone anywhere out of France, after all." Nathaniel responded shaking your hand.

"Well, I've only gone to Japan, the United States and Canada. But there are so many tiny places in these countries that are amazing. It's hard to choose exactly where you want to go. For animators, there are a lot of animation conventions in the United States, I think most of them occur in the summer and spring. So that might be good for you." You offered.

"Have you been to one? An animation convention, I mean. Since I heard you liked drawing and wanted to become a fashion designer or an animator." Nathaniel replied.
