Chapter 4: Adrien Agreste (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir)

"I don't think that will work, Marinette already broke the poor guy's heart a little, he'll be more skeptical and more careful this time. I think that we should deal with the fake villains he created first. Prevent them from causing more damage, while another person goes for his stylus." You planned.

"Okay. Sounds good." Chat Noir agreed. Ladybug agreed too, but she still seemed skeptical about you.

"I'm not Akuma-tized, chill." You replied, annoyed.

She simply ignored you. Rude. Was the one word you thought of.

The villains were just on the street, destroying everything. You spotted The Bubbler, Mr. Pigeon, The Mime, Reflekta and Santa Claws. These villains seemed to be easy enough to defeat, but if Nathaniel drew The Puppeteer or the The Pixelator, things would be much more difficult. Which means you had to go look for him quickly.

"I'm going to go look for him. You deal with the villains." You called out to the 2 superheroes and left before anyone could protest.

As you passed some destructed buildings, you drew a little forcefield over important buildings, like the school, the city hall and the bakery. You found Nathaniel on a speedboat at Notre-Dame, the speedboat was heading for the school, you observed.

You dropped down onto the speedboat and drawing Nathaniel's figure, as you finished the drawing, you started erasing ihs stylus and pad. "Hey! Stop that!" He exclaimed, spinning around to face you. He quickly re-drew his belongings with the remains of the stylus and the pad.

"You need to stop this Nathan-Evillustrator. I get it, Marinette broke your heart. You feel betrayed and angry and upset. But do you really think getting revenge on her will get her to like you more?" You asked him

"I don't like Marinette anymore, I'm over her. She's just like Chloe, using people and being mean. She's not the person I thought she was. And besides, what would you know? Who are you anyways?" Nathaniel shot back.

"I'm Dark Raven, I've been saving cities all around the world. But that's just it, I do know. How would you know I don't know how you feel? You don't even know me! I've had my own fair share of problems and I know the feeling of frustration and anger." You replied, lying a little.

"Besides, I'm pretty sure love does not go away that fast. You must have a tiny little feeling blooming in your chest for her." You gave him a teasing smile.

"Well I-I. I might still have a little tiny bit of feeling for her." He blushed.

"Exactly, and it's not going to help if you ruin the possible friendship you have with her. I know things are hard, but maybe Marinette had her own reasons for acting like she did. She might have done it thinking about you, thinking about how she was doing it for your own good." You added softly.

"You're . . . right." The Evillustrator dropped to the ground, and he slowly turned back into being Nathaniel. You steered the speedboat towards land as it started disappearing. You grabbed the stylus and Ladybug came flying over. She released the Akuma, de-evilising it and returned everything back to normal.

"Wow, I didn't even have to use my Lucky Charm." Marinette huffed as Chat Noir came swinging in.

"Yeah. Nathaniel, I think you should get back to class." You gave Nathaniel a gentle smile.

"Yeah, thanks Dark Raven. I haven't heard of you, but you are pretty amazing." He replied, returning the smile. He stood up, brushed his pants and left.

"Not bad newbie." Chat Noir commented.

"I'm not a newbie, I've been doing this for a while." You automatically replied. Huh? Does this mean you actually have done this before? Does this mean you might have been Dark Raven back in Canada? The thoughts ran through your head before realising that you had to get back to school.
