The Day.

Layla POV.

So I just got back from getting our coffee from Starbucks and was heading back up to our suit. I couldn't help but wonder if Jack was being 100% genuine. I mean, I know he was, it's just my insecurities get the better of me sometimes especially when it comes to guys. I've been hurt in the past so that's why I have my guard up a lot of the time with new people-guys in particular.

The elevator doors opened when it has reached my floor. I turned to my left and walked up the hallway to our door on the right. I noticed that the boys' door, opposite us sounded extremely quiet so I assumed that they were still out.

"Coffee's here!" I called out to the four girls throughout the suit

"Uhh Layla! You're the best! Thanks so much!" they all exclaimed

I laughed.
"No worries."

The four of us grabbed our coffee cups and went and sat on the two lounges.

"So you all ready for tonight?" Ivy asked excitedly

"Yeah, I'm really excited! Can't wait!" I answered
"Yep I am! I'm so happy for them." Marley smiled
"Me too." Emily added
"It's going to be so much fun." smiled Alex

I took a sip of my coffee. I should probably tell them right? Yeah...
"So...there is something I need to tell you guys." I giggled

"Oh this sounds intriguing." Emily laughed

"OOO! TellUsTellUsTellUs!" Marley exclaimed making us all laugh

 "Ohk when I tell you guys you have to promise not to freak out and go mental." I said 'semi-serious' 

"Can't promise anything." Emily winked
"You're freaking me out a little bit Layla." Ivy laughed
"Now tell us!" Marley begged

"Ohk well, when I left before to get the coffee before, I walked out our door and accidentally bumped into someone. We both quickly apologised and then turned around which is when I realised who it was..." I trailed off, purposely teasing them

"And....?" they all chorused

"It was Jack......Gilinsky," I told them

"Are you serious!?"
"You're joking!"
"You're not bullshitting are you?"
"This is a joke right!?"

"Wait, why was he up here?" Alex asked

"Why else would he be here?" Marley answered her sarcastically

"So that's his room? Just out there? Across the hall....from us!?" she excitedly panicked

I nodded.
"They are all staying in that suit." 

"Oh. My God!" she exclaimed

We all just rolled our eyes at her but ended up laughing.
"So anyway, he followed me over to the lift and he started talking to me. He asked how long I was staying here and I told him that we are here for the weekend but will probably stay longer. He thought that because I wasn't screaming or acting like a weirdo, that I wasn't a fan of them but I told them that we were and how we were actually meant to be going to Magcon tonight. Then when we got down to the lobby the rest of the guys were waiting down there for him and they were all watching us but Jack told me that we should all hang out while we're here." I told them
"He also likes my accent." I winked

"I'm so jealous!" Ivy whined and they all agreed

"So are you going to hang out with him?" Emily asked

I giggled.
"I don't know. Maybe..." I trailed off and blushed

"She's blushing!" Marley exclaimed
"WOO! Layla and Jack!" Alex yelled
