What's it like to be ordinary?
To be friendly and have no friends.
To love only to be forgotten.
To latch on only for them to let go.
To break piece by piece until the only pieces left are your eyes which can only see their own torture.
To create examples on how to be great only to smash them down with one mistake.
What's it like to be ordinary?
To walk around people who don't know you or care
To keep your head down until the moment they tell you to put it up
To write and write but never understand what on earth your writing
To repeat, repeat, repeat the same things over and over and over and over again
To live in routine but have no will
To breathe just to be in school for 20 years
What's it like to be ordinary?
To watch those people on TV and wonder how their lives are
To wonder if they expect the unexpected
To wonder if they love where they are and who they are
To wonder what's it like to have wings
To wonder if they did whatever they wanted to do
To wonder if they ask the question...
