This is a new Mario Universe Villain who I plan on making appear later on in the Mario Universe 2 Series and he may even appear in Lost Land. I created him as an antagonist for a Mario Universe RP I was doing over on G+ with one of my friends. (The quote above was something he said in the RP). Before this, he assisted a lot when it came to putting things into place, especially with the music; he felt as if that was his role. Now that he's become corrupted, File is bent on destroying everything and turning everything untextured and distorted. He's capable of mind control and awaking any evil.
