Finally if you're interested... A word about how the international book business works. Each one of these foreign editions means I got a separate book deal with a publisher in that country. They have to choose my book out of all the thousands and thousands of books being published in the world. So for example, if you're in the Philippines (I've heard from a bunch of you), it's not available in stores there because none of the publishers your country have offered to publish it. They have to choose my book (trust me, I would LOVE it if they did!) I'm told that publishers in a lot countries are risk-averse and they wait to see how the sales are in English first. Once a foreign publisher does acquire it, they control how and where they sell it. As the author, I have less than zero say in the matter. I don't even get to approve things like the book covers. (Seriously, the Spanish publisher changed my title and didn't even tell me. I only found out by Googling my own name. That's how little control I have!)
