Imagine B got pregnant during high school and A is trying to help their friend with the money and many other things you need for a pregnant person.

B can't take the pressure with the baby and school work and give up. They thought that the baby was too much and try to abort it themselves. They tried to do the coat hanger abortion but in process they failed and killed themselves and the baby. 

A walks into the bathroom seeing a pool of blood in the tub and B's dead body with a coat hanger floating. A falls onto the ground, crying thinking they could've done better. 

A crawls over to the tub and holds B's dead hand and says "I was the one."
