A new pack, new life

A lone wolf howled across the valley, its snow white fur glistened in the glow from the golden shine of the full moon. After calling for someone, anyone really, the wolf scanned along the tree line, waiting for a sign, any sign at all. Then it appeared, glowing emerald eyes shown out of the darkness beyond the front line of the solid fir trees. Instinct kicked in as the lone wolf bowed its head towards the newcomer. With respect flowing out of the white wolf and out to the depths of the valley, the new wolf stepped out into the moonlight. Immediately, the new wolf looked at the bowed wolf and then towards the golden moon, it released a loud, powerful howl, causing the white wolf to tremble with nerves. In this position the other wolf could easily attack him and end his life. Next thing he knew, he felt a wet tongue on his cheek. He looked up to see his newfound companion staring down at him. Although it could have been intimidating for anyone else, but the white wolf saw caring and protectiveness in the glowing green eyes of the pure black wolf that towered above him.
What brings such a beauty as yourself to my territory?
The black wolf tilted his head as his question was met with silence. Then...
I had to escape.
Escape from where?
My old pack.
This answer caused the black wolf to growl dangerously and yet this had no effect on the white wolf as vengeance gleamed in the eyes of his company-knowing it wasn't aimed at him, but to his old pack. His friend kept on growling, slowly becoming louder as time went on, but suddenly stopped once the white wolf spoke once more-in an attempt to calm his more powerful companion.
Please don't hurt them.
What? Why? You said you had to escape from them, no?
I did, but they were still my pack, my family, my friends.
Then why run from them? H
They didn't want me anymore. N
This statement created a bitter taste in the white wolf's mouth as the reality settled in his mind of how true it was. Tears sparkled the white wolf's amber eyes as his emotions started to rise up, after being locked up for the many days he had been running for. The black wolf on the other hand was completely in shock, this was totally out of his element, although it didn't stop him from belittling himself for making such a beautiful creature so upset.
I'm sorry. He tried.
For what?
For making you so unhappy.
It's not your fault.
But I caused this.
No you didn't. I was already thrown out before I met you.
Follow me, please.
To where?
To my pack.
Amber eyes widened at this new information.
They wouldn't want me. Bitterness filled each and every word as the world was just crashing down around me.
Yes they would, trust me.
A nudge from him and a look, made me crumble and gave in to what he wanted.
Fine, but first what's your name?
My name's Jason, Jason McCallan. And your wonderful name is?
Allan, Allan Young.
I gave a wolfy smile to him as we walked down through the forest. It took us around an hour and a half to get to a clearing, although in this one there was a village growing from the centre of it.
This is my home, soon will be yours too.
I'm still certain that they won't want me.
Then allow me to prove you wrong.
He gave me a wolf version of a smirk before nudging my towards the village, as we moved closer to it I saw many other wolves, slowing increasing in the numbers. Each and every one bowed their heads to Jason as a clear sign of respect. Soon we were both at what seemed to be the very centre of the village and the clearing. By now all of the wolves we had passed were there and many more from different parts of this town. I guess word got around kinda quick.
Tonight, I have found us a new member. A new friend, brother, wolf to be apart of our pack. Sadly though he doesn't feel we won't welcome him as his past pack disregarded him, for no reason. So please show him that we aren't like that, that we will always be there for each other and will never throw anyone away just because. I welcome you, Allan Young, into the Eclipse Pack and now you shall be one of us through and through.
After his mini speech he smiled at me, before biting my left shoulder to hold the symbol of his pack. Then I heard all the wolves around me cheer, happy to have me there. It was weird to feel accepted again, but it felt great.

Few years later...
Allan's Pov
The Eclipse Pack was so welcoming then and haven't stopped since. I've made new friends and have learned so much from them compared to my old pack.
Turned out me and Jason were mates, so now I'm a Luna, and have two boys-Jakob and Michael-and are going to have twin girls too! I did eventually find out why my old pack didn't want me, it was because I was an omega and the Alpha didn't want any weak wolves in his pack.
Even though it sounded like the worst thing in the world when I first heard the reason, I was happy because if I wasn't kicked out then I wouldn't be here and here is my home with my new pack in my new life.
