❝ I know he had hurt you. ❞ Her mother, Elara, came out from the kitchen as she placed her and her daughter's meal on to the table. Her smile not reaching her eyes, as she glanced to Zara.

She grasped her daughter's hand, ❝ And he has no place to come every day to surprise you, beg for forgiveness when he didn't even got to spare you a glance years back. But you know what, Zara? ❞

Said lady looked from her meal to her mother, her sad smile only making her mother's heart to clench.

❝ I have never seen such hope glimmering in his eyes, and despite of your rejection. He never failed to amuse me when he comes back every day and ask if you were doing fine. He isn't showing his feelings full of regret, he wanted to be strong for you. For who could ever fight in battle, so full of guilt? In order to win, it must be courage, bravery, and love - all at once. ❞

❝ I don't know, love. But if 11:11 happens twice a day to remind us that if we have lost the chance of wishing for the first, we can always wish the second time. And that's how chance work my dear. ❞ Her mother ended the conversation as she gave her daughter a reassuring smile.

Both swerving their thoughts to something else.
