So you know, there was a very different definition for NowPunk gracing this very page but, having given it a whole lotta' thought we here at Ooorah really didn't like that definition, because it was stupid and yeah...
Anyways...
NowPunk is to Sci-Fi what Urban Fantasy is to, well, fantasy. It is the now. It is the early 21st century - or, y'know, depending on whether this page stands for all time it could well be the early 41st century... The point is, it's now, but with 'future tech.' The level of the aforementioned future tech is, of course, entirely down to the individual writer!
