The Booth

I don't remember anything. Well... I can only remember the tires screeching and feeling so much damn pain.
There's no one around me. I'm in some kind of wasteland I've never seen before.
"This is bullshit."
I swear I'm going insane. I blame the accident that happened. Was it even a accident? Did they plan it all? Was it all on purpose?
As I keep walking, I see a phone booth.
"Yes! Finally! I can call someone!"
I run to the phone booth like there's no tomorrow. I end up crashing into it, but that's the least of my problems. I rush to get inside. I pick up the phone and dial her number.
I wait patiently and eagerly. I'm going to see her again. I'm going to be with her again.
After waiting for what felt like 3 hours, I hear a beeping noise.
"What? NO! God damnit!"
I scream and cry. Banging on the glass window. Then I hear something on the other line. A voice. A male's voice.

"You're wait time is approximately 3 minutes. Please hold. Your call is very important to us."
