Giggling echoed throughout the halls of the empty cabin, as our bodies collided in a rush of passion and excitement. Our kisses were frantic and happy. Grey eyes stared down at me with pure happiness as his hands trailed down the sides of my white-cloaked body. Before me stood my mate, with his black hair finally tamed away from his face with gel. Light stubble on his cheeks, a wide smile on his face, clothed in a black tux.

"So, wife..." his voice trailed off, the sound of the word on his tongue bringing a light to his eyes I had only seen when I accepted him as my mate.

"So, husband..." I echoed in a hum as we inched backwards into the bedroom that would house us for the next week for our honeymoon.

His lips pressed against my own, then to each corner of my mouth, then to my nose, my forehead. His lips hovered for a fraction of a second over my jaw line as he made his way to where his mark lay, from when he first claimed me as his. He slowly undid the ties behind me that held my wedding dress to my body. As it fell to the floor I was backed into the bed, where he slowly lowered me. With each kiss he whispered his love for me; expressing with words what I felt through our bond.

"I love you, Marie... So much." he leaned back to stare right into my eyes with all the love he felt.

"How much?" I teased, my hand slowly undoing his tie, my eyes not leaving his own.

"Hmm.. I love you to the moon..." he concluded slowly, a laugh in his throat as he looked down at me.

"Just the moon? Wow, babe... I'm hurt." I whispered, tossing his tie aside. My hand now slowly, and teasingly undoing each button of his shirt.

"How much do you love me?" he countered, his voice now husky, and his eyes tinting amber.

"I love you... to the moon, to the stars..." I brought the bottom of my lip in between my lips as I slid my hand down his chest.

"Y'know what? I love you to the moon, the stars," he leaned down to press a hard kiss on my lips where he finished the small phrase that would later become our favorite expression, "and beyond."
