When You Realized You're Pregnant Again

"Yeah, likewise but I suggest that I should look for her. You can just stay here and wait for the others. I'm sure Levi will probably look for you and mistaken you for eating lunch so early", he said and patted.

I smiled and nodded with agreement before Armin could call out to Connie and Eren to help him find Sasha inside the headquarters.

Oh boy, can this day get anymore interesting? 

Just when I was about to take off using my 3DMG for a spin, my stomach started to feel funny.

I gasped and held my stomach while sweat began to form in my forehead as breath in and out.

'Oh no, why now? I'm probably just hungry, right-Wait, do I feel like I want to throw up-'

That being said, I held my mouth and decided to ran back inside the headquarters to pay a visit to the bathroom.

An hours passed and finally, I get some time for myself with my adorable Ackerman twins but unfortunately, Levi is busy at the moment and said that he'll catch up.

"Eh? Dad's busy again?", Leon said and lowered his head, "Oh man, I was looking forward to one of his stories when he stills has his squad".

"Same here! I want to know his awesome adventures and teamwork with them!", Isabelle commented and jumped up and down.

I smiled at them as the two of them chased each other inside the office.

"I know, you two. He's been stressed lately, you know how hard he works for the Survey Corps, right? To be honest, I can't help but worry", I said as I flipped the page of (favorite novel/book).

The twins nodded in sync and continued playing while I read (favorite novel/book) in the couch.

"Yeah-Oh! I have an idea!", Isabelle started to suggest, "Why don't we give dad a surprise?".

"Eh? A surprise?", I questioned.

"Uh huh, like what if we prepare a nice cup of tea and a snack? Or..."

"Oh! I can make him a flower crown!"

"Belle! I don't know about that, what about something else?"

"Eh? Leon, we need to make it special too!"

"Yeah, but flower crowns? What else besides flower crowns?"

"Hmm, I'm not sure-"

On and on, the twins continued to babble a lot of ideas and I was just watching them discussing their surprise plan to reduce Levi's stress away with a smile.

'Hehe, so cute-'

My eyes widened when my stomach felt a little bit funny again and I started holding it once more to ease the pain.

The twins seemed to notice it and when they did, they ran towards me to check if my condition was fresh as daisies.

"Mom! Are you okay? You don't look so good!", said Isabelle with concern and she looked like she wanted to cry, "Do you need anything? Leon and I will help you!".

I shook my head and smiled at them gently to ease their worry.

"I'm fine, just a tummy ache. I might've ate something funny or-"

'Wait, hold on just a second'

Stomach pains, headaches, eating sour foods, and slight mood swings.

I've encountered these things throughout the week and for some reason, it's non-stop.

'Eh? Could it be-'

"Oh, Isabelle...Leon...I...I think-"

I immediately covered my mouth when I felt nauseous again so I stood up from the couch and head straight to the restroom.

"Mom!"

Once I'm inside, I was able to throw up and the twins watched me from the distance with worry.

I flushed the toilet and washed my face to remove unnecessary stains from my mouth.

I was breathing heavily and my heart began to skip a beat.

"Oh no, mom are you sick?", Leon called out and both of them decided to approach me but they remained outside the bathroom.

I looked over to them and said, "No, I don't think I'm sick, Leon".

"Eh? But you're throwing up...", said Isabelle.

I smiled and walked over to the shelves to find what I need for this situation: the pregnancy stick.

Good thing Hanji gave to me before the kids were born and I never thought I would use it again.

But is it a possibility though? That I'm pregnant right here and now?

"Kids, I'm going back in the bathroom to check something. Stay there and relax for a bit", I said.

"But-"

Isabelle stopped talking when I gave her a genuine smile and said, "Don't worry, everything is going to be okay. I'm just going to check if I'm-"

I immediately stopped talking when I realized that I shouldn't spoil the surprise.

"T-That I'm okay so don't worry. It won't be long, I promise!", I said and closed the door.

I sat on toilet and started peeing right away then while I'm doing that, I placed the stick over my bum and waited.

Once I'm finished, I got up and fixed myself with a sigh.

Then when I looked at the pregnancy test stick, my eyes began to widen like plates.

'Two lines...oh my gosh'

I got out of the bathroom and found the twins laying down on the bed that Levi and I shared.

"Kids! I-I...I have some good news!", I said with a bit of excitement.

The twins got out when they saw me and approached me closer with the same concerned expressions.

"What is it, mom? What kind of good news?", Leon questioned.

I smiled and lowered myself down to their level to give them a group hug.

"Guess what? I'm pregnant again"
