Chapter 6: The Party

"Yeah." I closed my locker

"There's something fishy about you two" Jessica pouted and pointed her finger on me.. Maybe because I can't meet her boyfriend

"What? I'm his maid for Christ's sake" I said

Jessica was about to answer when someone behind me made her shut up

I looked behind and saw Chris leaning at the someone's locker and I think he heard our converstaion

"What are you doing there?" I asked him

"Just checking on you." He replied and smiled at Danielle and Jessica

Danielle was blushing while Jessica tried not to blush because she knows that she has a boyfriend and knowing Jessica, she is very loyal to her boyfriend

"Whatever.. If you think that I'm not going to the party well, I am. Okay?" I assured him

"I know Ash..I know."He said

"Then what's the real reason you're here?" I said

"I'm waiting for you so that we can go now." He said

"It's only six and the party is at seven right?" I said after checking my watch

"Yeah, but the place will be already full packed by 6:30, so let's go?" He said

"Is it always like that?" I looked at my bestfriends and they nodded at the same time

"Then we should probably go." I said

"Bye guys" Chris waved at my bestfriends goodbye before dragging me with him

I just waved my hand as a sign of see you later and they did the same

We arrived at the party and Chris was right, even though it wasn't still 6:30, the place is full of people

As we entered the house, there was already music and drunk people

"Hi sexyy" There was a man who was holding his beer and was staring at me from head to toe. EEW

"See? This is why I never go to parties" I told Chris

"Relax, They know that you're with me." Chris said in a relaxing voice

We sat on a table where his other friends were..They were staring at us

"Who's the chic?" The guy pointed at me

"She's a friend" Chris said and let me sit first

"Whatccha name?" The girl who's beside me asked

"I'm Ashley" I replied and forced a smile

"I'm Cherry,nice to meet you" We shaked hands

"So, Chris, who's your new girl now?" A guy asked him

He was about to answer when two hands behind him slowly hugged him that surprised all of us

"I'm his new girl and only girl, right Chris?" My heart beated fast and I can feel the anger rising through my body because the girl was Janelle

"Janelle?" Was all Chris said

"Why? Surprised much?" Janelle shifted to Chris's lap that made me want to stick my fist to her face

I can see the guy friends of Chris staring at Janelle from the top of her head to her toes..

Well, I can't blame them cause she's wearing a see through shirt which made us see her bra, also, she was wearing short shorts..
