After getting dressed I went back into my room. What used to be called my home for the past four years is now a bare room with a bed, cuboard and a desk. I took one last look before I took my last two bags and left the room.

I walked down to Demi's room, lucky for us we are flying to the same state together and then from the airport will we go our separate ways.

I got to Demi's room and knocked on the door. I didn't wait long until she opened it. She was dressed in a black shirt and black jeans with black shoes.

"Attending a funeral I see." I joked.

"Yes, indeed." She joked back.

"And who is the unfortunate?" I said.

"Us seeing eachother everyday." And with that I realised that this is going to be hard. Demi and I were joint by the hips for the past four years and the longest we have been apart is at the most is a month.

After that we kept quiet, not knowing what to say and made our way to the car that was taking us to the airport.

We got a lot of 'goodbyes' and 'good lucks' as we were walking out the building. We were stopped by the doors when our teachers blocked the exit.

"You two girls gave me more grey hairs that my own children, but at least you always kept me on my toes. I am going to miss yous." Our math teacher said.

A lot of nice and encouraging things came from the rest of them but one that will always stay with me is what my Drama teacher said.

"You two girls are going somewhere no one has ever dreamed to go. You two are so different and unique, always understanding and kind, never heartless so where ever you go you will be loved. I can't wait to see what you do next. I am going to miss you, so come visit soon." She has always been my favorite.

"I will." I replied.

"Me two." Demi added.

With that we hugged them all and left the building. When we got into the car we gave everyone one last wave and then the car pulled away.

It is a 30 minute drive to the airport so we decided just to listen to some Halsey. I think it was about five minutes when one of my favorites came on and I of course sang along.

Are you insane like me?
Been in like me?

Bought a hundred dollar bottle of champagne like me?

Just to pour that motherfűcker down the drain like me?
W

ould you use your water bill to dry the stain like me?

Are you high enough without the Mary Jane like me?
Do you tear yourself apart to entertain like me?
Do people whisper 'bout you on the train like me?
Saying that "you shouldn't waste your pretty face" like me?

And all the people say,
"You can't wake up, this is not a dream
You're part of a machine, you are not a human being
With your face all made up, living on screen
Low on self-estee, so you run on gasoline"
