Chapter 17

Dom's POV

I stood and looked at myself in a human size mirror inside my walk in closet. I just finished taking a shower and I'm currently getting dress up. I noticed bruises in both of my legs, neck, breasts and back as I tried dressing myself up

Cylus really bit me last night. He didn't stop until he's satisfied with the hickeys

I sighed and pulled out a gray turtle neck shirt from the rack. I wore it and paired it with a black denim pants. I also picked red stilettos to match my outfit. I walked out of the closet and saw Cylus who just woke up

"Good morning handsome" I greeted as I walked towards the table and took my laptop

He let out a husky chuckle as he watched me "Good morning beautiful. Already showered without me?" He asked while smirking

I looked at him and saw his naked body, his lower body was covered with sheets. He looks like a model from this angle

"We both know what will happen if we showered together" I said while smirking "I'm going to be busy for today. Just ask the maids if you want to go out or something"

"Can't I come?" He asked

"No need. See you later" I said and was about to leave the room but Cylus pulled me. I raised an eyebrow at him. He's standing in front of me, fully-naked

Cylus kissed my cheeks "Go home early, okay? If you need help don't hesitate to call"

I nodded my head "Of course"

I left the house with Klaus so we could go to the company together. I did several check ups and meetings with the other employees. One of the engineer said that they'll be done reconstructing the building by tomorrow

"Is it okay if you stay here Klaus for two more days? You're the only one I can trust to take over" I said as I looked at him

Klaus bowed his head "Of course, Ms. Dom"

"Very well, You stay here and report to me if the reconstruction is a success. What about the culprit who's behind this?" I asked

"I already told Sir Heat about it, he said his men is working on it" He answered

"Good" I looked at my wrist watch and noticed it's already five in the afternoon "I'll be going now. See you in two days"

"Likewise Ms. Dom"

"Oh and Klaus" I looked back at him "Don't tell a word to Heat about what happened last night"

Klaus smiled at me "Which one?"

"Both" I said

He bowed his and I started to walk towards the exit of the building. I wore my sunglasses and exited the building. Guards quickly guarded me as the media tried to press themselves to me and asking questions.

I didn't bother answering questions and just continued walking. Greg quickly opened the car door for me and guided me in

"Where to Ms. Dom?" He asked as soon as he entered the car

"Home. Greg, you'll be coming with me pauwi sa Pilipinas. You'll be in Klaus' position for two days" I said

Greg nodded his head "Understood Miss" He said and started driving

I looked at the window and saw some persistent media following the car

Saan ba nanggaling ang mga ito? What is it they want?

I entered the house and was greeted by the line of maids and butlers once again

"Joō-sama, masutā wa tanoshī jikan o sugoshimashita (Mistress, Master went out to have some fun)" One of the maid told me as she took my coat from me

"Kare wa doko ni iku no ka itta nodesu ka? (Did he said where's he going?)" I asked

The maid shook her head and just told me that he brought a car with him

I took out my phone and dialled Cylus' phone

(Hello?) He answered

"Where are you?" I asked as I started walking towards the study room with Greg tailing me behind

(Somewhere. I was bored so I borrowed a car, the Audi R8) He whistled (You have amazing cars in your garage)

I rolled my eyes "It's okay that you stroll around just don't make any trouble"

(Yes Mistress)

I bit my lip as I heard his response. Damn you Cylus. Turning me on with just one word "Make sure you are home alive. Can you survive?"

(Don't worry I know Japanese)

I rolled my eyes "Glad you do. Okay, I'll see you later. We'll be leaving Japan tomorrow morning"

(Noted. See you later beautiful)

"Shut up" I ended the call and entered the study room to continue my work

My eyes slowly opened as I heard the door of my room opened. I looked at the clock beside my bed

11:49 pm

Cylus plopped down to bed and hugged me. I can smell alcohol from here

"You've been to a bar?" I asked

Cylus buried his face to my nape and placed soft kisses "Yeah, I drank a little"

"Glad you made it here alive" I said and turned my body to face him "Go and change your clothes"

Cylus got out of the bed to change strip his clothes off. He plopped back to bed just wearing his boxers

"I said change some clothes not strip" I said

He looked at me and grinned at me "What's the point?" He hugged me and kissed my temple "I love you"

I touched his chest and felt his calm heart beat "I love you too" I finally said and looked at him. My face softens as I saw him sleeping peacefully

Guess he didn't heard me

Cylus and I safely boarded the plane back to Philippines. I took a seat next to Cylus, his hands wrapped around me and my head leaning in his chest

"We'll be landing in ten minutes Ms. Dom" Greg announced "And we have a problem"

I looked at Greg with questioning look "What problem?"

Greg turned on the television that is hanging up the ceiling. He turned the volume on and we all watched the news

"Cylus Kol Gray, the famous heir of Gray Enterprises was seen going in and out of Vega's main building for a month" The announcer said "Rumor has it that Mr. Cylus was thrown out by his own father because of his own actions and was forced to work as a secretary of the Ms. Dominique Vega. What is the meaning behind Mr. Cylus sudden connections with the Vega Empire? And what does Ms. Dominique says about this? Currently the two is now in Japan to fix the problem about the Vega company-Japan Branch. We are still waiting for their response about this issue" and with that the news ended

I felt Cylus tensed beside me. I looked at him and saw an unexplainable expression. I held his hand and squeezed it "You're worried?"

He looked at me and nodded his head "I'm being a nuisance once again"

I smiled at him and kissed his cheek "We'll get through this don't worry" I looked at Greg "Is the media waiting at the airport?"

Greg nodded his head "Yes Ms. Dom"

"Double the security. I don't want any trouble. We'll be going home to my suite today." I ordered him

Greg nodded his head and took his phone out

Another problem to face
