Truth and Reality

"Paranoia"

Once again, trapped inside the box of dreadful delusions;
head spinning in a realm with rapid rotation,
Far beyond the universe, like its axis gyrating revolution;
Pain hiding, trapped into the citadel of just mere void paranoia;
Imaginations lurking underneath the surface of my head like schizophrenia.
Its a feeling like the mixture of 'blue and yellow'..
Added with a dosage of anxiety, a pill of lunacy, countless regrets and sorrow.

"Stop it now"-
I said.
There's a needle and a knife -
I dread.
One reckless resolution-
I'm dead.

I chose the needle instead,
to tranquilize the brain.
I'm back on Earth again-
back from being sane.
