The teacher stared at his seating chart. "Hmmm, let's see." He said. "Who should I ship today?" Mr. Hale said to himself. He wrote Jax next to the name Ace. He smudged the ink with his finger. He sighed and rewrote it. Then he moved on. ~~Time Skip~~ Jax POV I moved my black hair that fell over my eyes as I walked to the classroom. I saw a tall brunette boy walk into the class and stand to the side. Ace... I looked at him and he glared at me. He had beautiful turquoise eyes and light brown hair. We were enemies, but I loved him. The shimmer in his stunning eyes made me want to kiss him. As I stared at his broad figure, he responded with a scowl. Jax was never sure of his sexuality. Yaoi, straight, everything in between. The professor cleared his throat. "Okay class, today we will be changing seats." Some people in the class cheered, and some groaned. Jax knew what this meant. Mr. Hale was no ordinary teacher. His ships decided the seating chart. Of course, he was the only one who knew. Everyone else thought it was just a coincidence the people who flirted got sat next to each other. The people Jax got sat next to never seemed to fit. Mr. Hale always assumed he was straight. Before Jax could remember who he sat next to, Mr. Hale began calling names. After the names droned on, Jax finally heard his name being called. "Jax and Ace." He said as he pointed at two desks. The color flushed out of his face. Jax grabbed his bag and sat down. Ace grunted and sighed. He seemed disgusted. Once you got settled in, you put your head down and thought. "WAIT" he thought. "IT IS A SHIPPING CHART. HE THINKS IM GAY"
