New System update

Hi my fellow members, as you know we are having more and more members joining us so in order to make our bookclub more effective we have to change our reading system. Here is the new system:

From now onwards, members will put into groups. Each group will consist of 4 members, and you guys are given 3 weeks to read at least 4 chapters of each and every members in your group and leave a simple comment at the end of every chapter you've read.

For example: You are member number 1, you are suppose to read at least 4 chapters of member number 2, 3 and 4 and leave a simple comment at the end of each chapter.

There would be a group leader assigned for each group. The role of the leaders is to report the members who did not complete their assignments to me by the end of the 3 weeks given. As for the members, please cooperate by completing your assignment and make sure you report to your leader once you have finished your assignment.
