Meet Amy

There was a little girl named Amy. She was 11 years old and lived on a farm called Heartland. She lived with her grandfather Jack and her older sister Lu. She mom died when she was 5 in a car accident and her dad moved to Brazil when she was 3. She loved Heartland so much. (mainly because of the horses.) She begged Jack every day . "Grandpa please!! My birthday is next week. Can I get one then?" Begged Amy " Not right now,Amy" Her grandpa replied sternly as he put the hay in the barn "Can you try" she begged even more. " No ... not right now we are way to low a cash to get another horse" he replied irritated "Fine... " then she stormed out the door. She went to the barn and walked over to Pegasus and whispered ... " let's go for a ride to our secret place... they'll never find us there" She grinned the whole time and as she saddled up Pegasus. Once she was done, she mounted him and took off to her secret place. Once she arrived it was 7:00 pm. Almost time for dinner. She was at her secret place (the one mountain in the plains) for about an hour. She talked to Pegasus and ate the sandwich she packed and have Pegasus a carrot. She saw how late it was getting so she decided it was time to head home. She thought that if she did that it would convince her grandpa to get her a horse.
