Chapter 22: The End?

"Honey, stay inside." appa spoke and I shook my head at him. I looked back at the woman and spoke.

"You should stay here and hear what kind of bastard he is instead! Do you know what he did?! No, huh?! Do you know how it feels to live traumatized your whole life?! People like him will threathen your life and kill everyone you know of! Most important he killed my-!!" I started and my appa quickly covered my mouth.

"Don't bring her up again, you little piece of-" father started while Taehyung smirked, making my eyes widen why he's doing that. "Taehyung-ah...?" I asked and he nodded. He moved his eyes to what was behind my appa and I saw police cars, listening slowly to what we were saying.

"I am bringing her up again, appa! You know you killed eomma good enough, just like how you threathened my life if I told anyone! I even remember when you killed Jihee, my best friend because you were scared i'd tell her about eomma! You even tried to kill Hikaru once!" I yelled, tears were staining my clothes.

"I told you to shut up!" appa yelled and grabbed a gun out of his pocket, pointing it at me. I could see my life end just like that. I could see eomma again, even Jihee, I could be with them if appa shot me. I could live in peace and not be worried about anything.

"Put your hands up!" the police yelled and put cuffs around my appa's hands. The hands that killed so many people. The hands that held the gun he shot with at eomma. The woman that my appa was dating looked at me in shock, not believing what I said.

Appa got taken away by the police, and one of the officers walked towards me. "You're (L/n) (Y/n), right?" he asked and I nodded.

"Thank you, we actually have been searching for him for 15 years. And... I think this belongs to you." he gave me a (f/c: favorite color) box that said my name and at the other side of the card it said 'open up once you are past 20 or older, love eomma. xox' I put the box in the car and shook the hand of the officer.

"Thank you, sir." I bowed and he smiled at me. "Thank you, (Y/n). Without you and your friend we wouldn't have found him." he explained and he walked off.

I looked back at the woman who was now crying at the doorsteps. I took in a breath and walked towards her, patting her shoulder. "I'm sorry, ma'am." I said and the woman shook her head. "No, thank you. I didn't know about your father being a monster... if it weren't for you, I could've been his next target." she smiled as well and gave me a hug.

"Thank you again, have a safe trip home." she waved us off and with that, we went back home.

Right now, we were back on our way to the apartment where the remaining members were. II was still curious why Taehyung brought me back to my father though...

"Taehyung?" I said and he hummed in response. "Why did we go there..?" I asked. "He told me to." Taehyung answered and I frowned. "Your father told me to bring you to him to talk and make up but... It didn't go as planned." he explained.

"How does he even know about us?" I asked. "It got leaked. It's all over the news and everyone's talking about it." Taehyung stopped at the stoplight and my eyes widened. "Leaked?" I asked and he nodded. "But it doesn't matter. I'm happy now that I can be with you, even in the open without people being suspicious." he grabbed my hand and I smiled.

He started driving again, but our hands were still holding onto eachother and they stayed like that until we arrived back at the apartment.

"We're back!" Taehyung yelled once we walked inside and all eyes were on us. "Where did you go for so long?" Jungkook asked. "Check the news, you dumb fetus." Yoongi pointed at the television, they were talking about my father being arrested.
