"Look, Imogen." Hayley said, pulling away from the noirette. "I came to Mystic Falls for one thing and it's to find you."

"What happens next?"

"Now that I found you, we can find our origin together. Will you come with me?" Hayley asked the stunning Immortal.

Imogen smiled sadly at her. "I want to but I can't. Maybe. I, I don't know. I just can't leave everything behind. I can't leave Nik."

Hayley smiled sadly but nodded in understanding. "It's okay. I don't want to pressure you. Just think about it for now and tell me if you change your mind."

Imogen smiled and nodded. "I will. Thank you, Hayley and thank you for finding me."

"Of course. We are family now and as family we'll be there for one another."

The two women smiled happily and tightly embraced each other.

Imogen returned to the Mikaelson mansion along with Hayley, who will stay at the mansion with her and Nik. The female werewolf was reluctant at first but with the noirette's persuasion she gave in.

When Imogen introduced Klaus and Hayley to each other, the two immediately butt heads. They disliked each other's personality and would fight over the noirette. The noirette did not keep anything from the Original hybrid and told him everything.

After a lot of thinking, Imogen decided to leave Mystic Falls with Hayley to find their origin.

"You're leaving with that werewolf? Why?" Klaus asked his beautiful lover.

The noirette took his hands in hers. "Because, I need answers, Nik. Answers to my unending questions about my family, as well as myself. I need to know what my family really is. The Averys aren't just some werewolf family. I know there is more to that, even Esther and Mikael don't know but with Hayley, I can understand where I came from, my origin." she explained.

Klaus sighed. "I can help you."

Imogen smiled sadly as she wrapped her arms around Klaus' torso. "I know but you're busy and you have a lot on your mind already and I don't want to add up to your problems." she told him.

Klaus looked softly at her. "You're not, Imogen. Whatever I'm doing that you think is important, it's not. You're more important than the Cure or anyone in this world." he said, caressing the noirette's cheek.

"I need to find more about myself, my family and where I came from, Nik." Imogen pleaded.

Klaus closed his eyes. It was hard for him to let her go and leave his side. He wanted her to go find more about who she really is but his possessiveness was holding him back. He doesn't want the love of his life to leave his side.

"I don't want you to go but I also want you to do what you want." Klaus told her, smiling.

Imogen smiled. "Oh, Nik. I'll be fine."

"I know but once I'm done here, I promise I'm going to find you and be there for you when you find out more about yourself and your family." Klaus promised and gently kissed his lover's forehead.

Imogen smiled, feeling the soft lips of Klaus on her forehead. She was sadden that she and Klaus will part for a while. They just got together and now here she is saying her farewell to the love of her life.

Even though they'll be parting, at the back her mind, they will meet again. They may separate for a while for their own personal benefit but their love for each other will get stronger through time.

"Be careful out there, my love." Klaus told Imogen softly.

Imogen nodded. "I will, Nik."

"She will be fine as long as she's with me, Klaus."

Imogen and Klaus turned and saw Hayley standing at the front door of the mansion.

The Original hybrid rolled his eyes at her. "I doubt that." he said.

Hayley glared at him. "Say that again. I dare you."

Imogen sighed as the two continued to bicker.

"Devil."

"Witch."

"Very smart but I'm a werewolf."

"Yet you look like a witch, love."

"Take that back!"

Imogen sighed again as she watched her lover and her only remaining blood family bicker.

'How did I even end up with these two?'
