Chp 4

Naruto's POV

Mom took Hinata home after she was discharged and had a talk with the doctor about her current issue. She wasn't critical but yet as weak as ever. I was still very angry with her. I know she has suffered a lot but I never thought Hinata to be this weak. We came home and no one uttered a single word while on the way back. I was constantly stealing glances to look at her. She was literally very guilty of what she did but I guess she was just not able to come up with something on how to apologise for her actions. And neither Mom ask for one and Mom didn't even scold her on the other hand she constantly tried to pacify her and assure her that everything will be fine. I guess Mom knows something about why she even try to attempt suicide.

Mom made Hinata lie on my bed and told her to take a nap. Mom asked me to take care for her and call her for anything that she needed.

"Why aunty? Why? Why do you and Naruto care for me so much?" Hinata was almost in tears.

"You'll need to answer that question yourself.... But promise me one thing no matter how bad the situation gets never and I mean it never do this again." Mom kind of scolded her for the first time rather it seemed motherly love to me yet I could see the vein pop out of her forehead which in our home meant danger.

Soon she left and this was time that I asked why Hinata did this. But I respected her privacy and obviously allowed her to rest first before starting interrogating her out of the blue.

Soon she drifted off to sleep and looks like I'll have to wait till she gets up. I thought why not complete my homework until then be chase once she wakes I have loads of questions too ask her. I started studying while I could hear some low snores of her. I must admit it was a little disturbing as I am among the few boys who actually don't snore but it was cute, although her snores were hardly audible so its OK!

Once she was constantly trying to take her hair out of her face while she was still asleep. I thought that her messed up hair due to constantly changing positions in her deep sleep, might be disturbing her so I stood up reached her and took her hair out of her face and that was the time I lost in the sleeping beauty. I am still trying to figure out if I am in love with her.

Because 'LOVE'... that's a word I have lost years ago for a girl... I was stroking her hair softly like a mother does to her child. I must say she looked really cute in her sleep. I touched her cheeks again and cupped it with my hands and was left in an awe. Hinata would really kill any boy who would do this if she were awake.

"Ahmmm... Ahmmm.... Oh come on kiss her already, i won't tell mom!"

I slightly jumped from my place and turned to see who was it. Because I seriously didn't have anything to defend myself on what I was doing.

"Aoi!!!! What are you doing here? When did you get in my room?"

"Couple of minutes ago! Yeah but i really think that was romantic. Holding her cheeks....!!!!" *sigh*. She sighed bringing her hands near her chest and a slight blush was obviously visible with an enormous smile on her petite face.

"I wonder if any boy will ever love me this much. But on the other hand i wonder what will Hinata say about this incident when she get to know about it." Aoi elbowed me. I could feel the bloodrush in my cheeks not that i was blushing because Aoi refered this as romantic but because I'll be dead if Hinata knows about this.

"OK you have my attention. What do you want?" I said in a orderly manner.

"Nothing.... Mom just sent me to give Hinata her meds. I guess she isn't awake yet so I'll leave it here, anyways I know you will take her proper care and give it to her." She winked and I did nothing but blush.
