Mortems have the ability of acting like a ghost, poltergeist, spirit and human beings at will. Some can turn into shadows. Some can use Telekinesis, Teleportation, and in some cases, portals or Dimensional Energy Manipulation, along with Time Travel. Like many other species, (cats, dogs, demons), These creatures have multiple subspecies, with more being found nearly every week by scientists.
