Accra, Ghana

Somewhere in Accra.......

"It was same sir, the boyfriend picked her a few minutes after she was dropped off at school"
"Dammit!" The tall man banged his fist on the office desk.
"What the hell does he think he's doing messing up my plans"
"We'll get her next time sir"
"Well you better do and did you follow the kid?"
"Yes sir, they went to a hotel and didn't come out till her closing time, he dropped her at her house afterwards"
"You can go"
"Dammit Melissa, this better not be your work" He said through gritted teeth and clenched fists.
Not long after the spy left, his cell phone began to ring.
He answered.
"This better be good news"
"I'm sorry sir but it's not"
"What is it then?"
"I just came from a meeting with the president and it seems he's gotten Intel from the NIA in South Africa, it's only a matter of time before they find out what the reporter was working on"
"That better not happen, the last thing we need right now is for her to be traced to us, I'm trusting you to make sure that never happens"
"I will"
"And......don't call me till it's good news"
He hang up.
"Looks like I will have to do this myself and stop relying on these incompetent fools" He sat in his chair and loosened his tie.
"I will find that box, no matter what it takes and not even you can stop me" He said to no one in particular and grinned.
"Of course you can't, brother, you're dead and pretty soon, my pretty niece will be joining you" He giggled and went back to work.
"Think again Uncle, that's never going to happen, you hear me" Adesha who had been in the room all the while said angrily then she began to mess up the sheets causing them to drop.
"What the.....no no no...not again, you leave me alone you hear me, you are dead, you're all dead, leave me alone" He screamed, jumping up from his seat and looking around trying to figure out where the ghosts were.
"Scared huh, well you haven't seen anything yet" She took his seat as he walked towards the door to escape the weirdness then he turned and watched the swivel chair spin on its own, then it stopped and began to spin again.
"No no no no, open this door" He began to bang on the door, he tried to open it but she made sure that it wouldn't open. He began to bang on the door.
"Who do you work for?, why do you want Ady dead huh, is it because of the property, the money, the riches, what?" She screamed.
"Ok ok I'll stop spying on her, is that what you want, I'll do it, I won't touch her I promise, just leave me alone"
She stopped causing the mess and opened the door. He walked out to find everyone staring at him, over 60 eyes all at him.
"Are you okay sir?" His secretary asked.
"What are you looking at, would you get back to work!"

"Are you sure of what you are saying Alfre?"
"Yes I am Ma'am"
"If that is true, then my suspicions have been confirmed, Richard is with the enemy, I always knew he had a hand in Curtis' death and now he is after Adriana?, but why?"
"What ever the reason is, it goes way beyond your brothers inheritance" Alfre the pretty slim lady said.
"I'm sure of it, looks like I would have to get to Adriana first, it's high time I pay her a visit, keep watching him and keep your ears opened, in the meantime, be safe, if he is with the Black Rose, then he too has spies within the office who will report to him if they think you are a spy so play your cards right and don't raise suspicion"
"I won't ma'am, thanks, and I will take my leave now"
"Be safe dear" Melissa said to her and walked Alfre to the door.

Alfre had been like a daughter to her, she was an orphaned child she had raised as her own and had build a strong relationship but had kept it under the wraps not even her brother knew of their bond, the only one who did was her best friend Akwele who happened to be married to her brother.
Alfre was smart and always said she wanted to work with the Secret Service, Melissa would laugh and say
"there is nothing like that in Ghana dear, Ghanaians are way too blessed to be needing the secret service". Alfre had the best education and she would often thank her mother for loving her. She had grown up in the States and armed herself with knowledge, in the States she had studied Geography, Aerodynamics, Aeronautical engineering and Aircraft operations, by 19, she could fly a plane. She came down to Ghana to study law and was called to the bar a few years later....
She found that she had the desire to help people so she joined an organization her mother started which was into Humanitarian works and Charity, she took it up and travelled the world helping people then she first heard of the Black Rose from her mother and then the burning desire to smoke them all out and stop this mafia began to grow. She had only began doing her research when her Uncle and Aunt were killed and the very first time her mother said 'I know Richard has a hand in this' was the first time she felt the need to protect her family. It was only a matter of time, her mother recruited her as to what to do, she walked into Gasoil, Curtis' company whom he'd left in his brothers charge till Adriana was old enough to take over, there, she took a job as a secretary and from then on she began to spy on her uncle. He was a pervert and liked women, and that worked to her advantage. He quickly made her his secretary after firing his previous one who was an elderly woman, he often referred to her as the Old Hag even after she had left.
Now more than ever she was convinced he had a hand in the accident that killed his brother, his brother's wife and eldest daughter after hearing him scream in his office and say all the things he did and she was determined to bring him to justice!
