Sometimes it's better to just stay silent,
For what comes when you speak may leave you dumb.
Sometimes, it's preferable to close your eyelids,
For all the dazzling lights may turn you blind.
Sometimes, it's relaxing to shut your ears,
For all the traffic and honking may leave you deaf.
Sometimes, it's wise to cover yourself with a cloth,
For some parts of you should just remain yours.
Sometimes, it feels warm to wear the old shawl,
Though it's covered in a layer of dust that was left untouched for years.
Sometimes, it's easier to fear the monster in your closet,
Than fighting the devil in his home territory.
Sometimes, it's nice to shut yourself,
Forget everything and let yourself be.
Sometimes, a bleeding heart is all you crave for,
In this happy and peaceful world.
Sometimes, it's wise to not have it at all,
For the shattered pieces might leave you hurt.
Sometimes it's peaceful to knock yourself out,
Than letting others do it to you, more slowly.
Sometimes, it's alright to stay clueless,
when no one speaks, no one hears, no one sees and everyone smiles!
For they know it all but are more clueless than you can ever be.

PoetryThis collection is an attempt to attack the society for all it's wrongs. I've tried to express my thoughts on a few common psychological scenarios that play in the lives of most post people living in this little world of ours.
