Chapter 6 •~Archer~•

I had to wake up early than usual since something is going down at the Sky resident and basically the whole neighborhood which consists of the Lincoln, Jackson, Pierce, and the last two the King's and Sky, I get to see Zach, to say the least. This may be a one-sided love now but I can't wait until he falls for me and he will be in my arms laughing and smiling acting like nothing matters in the world only me and him.

"Archer It's time to go, stop daydreaming about Zach being lewd" I blush madly "EH?!? I WOULD NEVER!" I yell she covers her ears and my dad yells to hurry us up. Mostly everyone made it, It seems people came in their casual clothes. The only people we are waiting for are the Pierce's and that's everyone here. "AHHH! Claire, I'm so glad you can make it Let's greet the other girls." Mrs.Sky tells mom, they start walking away having a conversation. I see my group of friends so I just make my way towards them.

We all greet each other just talking about school or random things that have happened to us. "Kyle so what's the whole point of this party?" I ask. Before he can say anything Jacob beats him to it, "Zach, is gonna sing for all of us!" he says with a huge grin everybody around us just looks at him. 

"Yeah it's true mom made him sing after Jacob took a video of him singing on the drive here yesterday" we nod our heads but I never knew Zach could sing. So basically from what Jacob told us after what Kyle told us is that after they dropped me off is that Jacob was about to switch the radio station but before he could do that Zach's mouth started moving. The three Sky siblings said he has a nice voice, I tried asking to see the video but all he told me was.

"Nope! It's a surprise!"

After whining so and complaints I still didn't get to watch the video. Plus Zach was nowhere to be found, either he is hiding because of so many people or because he just doesn't wanna do this I don't know but I'm getting quite bored. Also, the Pierce's made it to the party?

"Sorry for the wait everybody, But Master Zach has finally made it."

Everybody made their way to the center of the room and look towards the stage that was set up. We all waited for something to happen but nothing did.

"Melissa, what's going on?" Mrs.Jackson questions. "I don't know, I think he's nervous since this was so sudden." His mom worriedly says. I around seeing everyone whispering to each other to see what is going on.

"How can I get backstage?" I ask Nicole. She points out a room to me and I start walking towards it, I knock there was silence, I knock again only to hear things falling I get worried and yell.

"Zach is everything okay in there?!"

The door opens slightly and Zach is there shaking but still with a stoic face "I- 'm nervous".

I walk in closing the door behind me. "Zach calm down okay," I say softly. He looks at me but is still shaking I think this might help him. His clothes have wrinkles in the from the constant moving around, his bow on is neck is undone and his blazer around his white button-up shirt is unbuttoned, his hair is messed up from running his hand through it.

I grab Zach turning him around making him look at me, I capture his lips on mine, this is the second time I have kissed him and it still is the same, his lips slightly chapped but still soft and having a chocolate taste to them this time.

I release and tell him.

"Only focus on me, don't worry about anything else, not the party, not the guest nor your performance. Just me."

We stare into each other's eyes not breaking eye contact, he releases a shaky breath and calms down a bit.

"I'll never let you embarrass yourself and I'll be with you no matter what, Just when you're on stage think of only me and just me. I'll never judge you even in the worst times." I finish he looks down saying something that shocks me a bit.
