Chapter 3 •~Zach~•

Archer King, He found out where I work and probably will use that against me, then next thing I know is that he is waiting outside for me, walking me home looking depressed like something crossed his mind that he realized.

At this very moment, I used him to get out of a situation I didn't want to be in, only for him to confess his love and kiss me.

I stare at him wide-eyed.

"..."

"Look I just needed to get that off my chest... You probably don't like guys but these feelings wouldn't go away, ever since we were young. I thought it was a friend thing but Every time I saw you It just grew and grew until now I.. I couldn't handle it, I get it that you may not return my feelings but I just wanted you to know"

He says in one breath, I just stare at him he looks at me waiting for my response

I calm down a bit and look into his eyes to see tears forming in the corner of his eyes

"I compliment you on your taste," I say with a fake smile

"But you haven't reached that level with me yet, I only see you as a person that I know and a friend"

I saw a tear slide down his face making me feel guilty

"Ugh fine, If you can make me fall in love with you then maybe... I'll consider going out with you."

He smiled so hard that his face looked like it hurt.

"You won't regret it, Zach, I promise you Zachariah Sky I will make you fall in love with me"

I just roll my eyes with a small unnoticed smile, I sigh and he gives me a small peck on the lips.

I go wide-eyed again. "GODDAMN KING I DIDN'T SAY YOU CAN KISS ME" I yell while blushing a little.

I made my way to class thinking of how Archer will make me fall in love with him, I sigh, maybe I do need to get over him and try to move on but my first love will always be in my heart.

Lunch, is finally here and I'm kinda hungry, I'm walking down the hall with Max and Samantha to where we usually sit and that is basically with my siblings and our friends. I see everybody sitting at the table.

"Hey, guys!" Both Samantha and Max say at the same time I just wave and us three sit down but Archer had other plans

"Hey Zach come sit next to me"

I look at him and everybody at our table stays quiet, I get up and sit next him mostly everyone at my table is partly wide-eyed

"What? Never seen someone switch seats before?" I say trying not to sound pissed

They go back to talking to each other.

"Hey Zach I was wondering if you could take me to look for a job after school" Jacob ask me

"Why do you need a job?"

"Well because umm I wanna get Taylor something but I don't wanna use Mom and Dad's money to get it, I wanna work hard for it," he says

I look at him for a moment, I can't say no to my baby brother he's my everything ever since Mom and Dad picked him up from the orphanage. It was sad on how he got there.

His real parents died of cancer but he never got to know them, my older siblings may be real twins but people think me and Jacob are twins since we got my Dad's black hair but he has mom's eyes and I have dad's eyes even though he's not blood-related he has a lot of the Sky features on him.
