High School 101

Chapter 1:The start of something new

James's POV

It was a dull day for all kids, and the weather matched.This stormy day signaled the beginning of the horrible nightmare known as school. But it was different for me. This was the year I start highschool.Thats right.Im the new guy in a new school, with no friends what so ever.Oh and you want to know the icing on the cake.... What will make this school truly miserable.The fact that..... CRACK!!!! BANG!!!!

Normal POV

Thunder and lighting erupted within the dark sky. Rain turned to hail. Wind blew books and people alike.Students rushed into the school building.The entrance was a plain red brick building with glass doors. James had just reached the entrance, him and his backpack soaked. He was about to enter when suddenly he heard a yelp of pain. He turned to see a girl who looked like she hurt her leg, and a boy trying to help her out of the rain. He groaned to himself, as he ran back into the rain to help the duo.

Ricky's POV

We were so close to the entrance, when Nicky had to trip hurting herself in the process.i picked her up and slung her arm around my shoulder,as we continued to the safety of the school.Suddenly a boy at the entrance ran over to help us. I gladly let him help my twin to shelter.As soon as we reached the entrance we burst through the doors, gaining a few odd glares.Luckily a teacher saw us and came rushing over.

Nicky's POV

The pain in my ankle was so bad I thought I was gonna pass out. Suddenly a teacher came over and lifted me up bridal style as he took me to what I guessed was the infirmary. I glanced back to see my brother and the guy who helped us following the teacher.Just before I could I could say anything a jolt of pained coursed through my ankle. I screamed out in pain, just before blacked out.......

Ricky's POV

As soon as Nicky screamed out I felt my heart crack. I could see the pain on her face. We quickly reached the infirmary.It had a white door with with bold red letters spelling out 'INFIRMARY'. As we entered instantly took note of all the needles and others weapons of death. There was a bed in the he middle of the room, with cabinets surrounding the room. As the teacher placed my sister on the bed the nurse came over to her to examine her injury. The teacher came up to us, but before he could speak I interrupted him. "I'm not leaving my sister with that needle loving witch",I spoke up. The teacher seemed a bit surprised but regained his composure."Who are you two",the teacher asked. That's when the other other guy spoke up.

James's POV

*Rule 1 of highschool-always I mean always make a good first impression*.I took note of my position. The teacher wore a brown over coat with matching pants and a blue shirt. The guy next to me was wearing a green jacket and denim jeans with a matching beanie. His sister I assume was wearing pretty much the same thing, except the nervous look on his face.My thoughts was interrupted when the teacher questioned us."I'm James, a helpful bystander"."And I'm Ricky, Nicky's twin",the guy next to me who I now know as Ricky spoke up. "Are you two freshmen",the teacher asked."Yup",I answered. The teacher turned to Ricky. "Your sister will be fine, both of you should get to class"he said. Ricky looked hesitant but left all the same.As soon as we left the room I engaged *Rule 1* of high school.But before I could speak he turned to me and put his hand out."Thank you for helping me and my sister, I'm Ricky Tides, and yes I know I have a weird second name",he spoke. With a smile I shook his hand, "James, James Lunar, and yes I know it's a strange second name",I said with a smirk.There was a moment of silence.... until we both burst out laughing.Guess this is the start of something.... new.
